Building a custom home can be a dream or a nightmare. Cortney was the 3rd (and final haha) architect to help us. Cortney made us excited again after feeling defeated. She is unbelievably talented in two ways. 1. She has the ability like no one I’ve ever seen (new construction is how I make my living) to design and create beautiful/functional spaces on the spot. 2. Her listening and communication skills made it so we could watch what we hoped for in our heads actually become reality. Working with Cortney makes building a dream come true.

Courtney delivered what she promised ( a great designed floor plan with excellent exterior elevations) at a reasonable prices ahead of schedule. Cortney Haslem Designs has been amazing to work with! She has done what we have asked her to do and more and added stuff into our plans we didn't even know we wanted! Because, she has such a diverse portfolio she is able to design anything and everything and can pretty envision whatever you ask her to do! She was overly patient with us in making all the changes we asked her to do. Hands down would use CHD for all design needs again and again!

Love my house plans. She thinks of all the little extras that some designers leave out without all the extra costs.
