When we decided we were going to build a new home, Cote & Foster came highly recommended to us by family members. Throughout the entire process, we were impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The Cote & Foster team was consistently punctual, reliable , polite and available when needed. Every evening, we would stop by the job site excited to see the daily progress. We were able to include our 3 year old son since the site cleanliness was always maintained. We are grateful that Cote & Foster were able to maintain the project schedule during the 2015 winter of weekly snow storms. Their subcontractors were top notch and very reliable. They built our home as if they were building their own. Hiring Cote and Foster was one of the best decisions we've made. They made our home even more beautiful than we imagined.

Cote and Foster are a great company to work with. They took our 80's kitchen and turned it into a showplace. We didn't have a large kitchen, but they removed a small wall which opened it up into the family room. They even custom designed a surround for the fireplace in the family room which matched the kitchen cabinets, and used the same granite as in the kitchen to top the mantle. They were prompt, communicated very well, had great ideas. Everyone was so easy to work with, from Cote and Foster's people to the electrical and plumbing folks, as well as their kitchen design partner. They are about to start work on our master bath/bedroom. They again had great ideas for how to take our 80's (small) master bath and make it appealing to 2015 tastes. I can't say enough about the folks at Cote & Foster Contracting. They were conscientious, professional, prompt, clean, had great design sense and were a pleasure to deal with.
