ML Countertops & More

My contractor introduced me to Nellie and ML Countertops. When I first walked in her showroom she was very patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about her product, countertops. She answered all my questions and also added information which helped me to choose the type of countertop I chose, Quartz. They are a family owned business so her husband came to my condo and measured for the template, installed the quartz and the undercount stainless sink (which I also purchased from ML). After the job was complete Nellie was in contact with me to make sure I was pleased. Of course, I was more than pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to buy future countertops from Nellie. I would encourage anyone considering quartz or granite tops to contact ML Countertops and More...you will be very happy you did!

ML Countertops did an excellent job providing new countertops for our condo remodeling. They were very patient showing us different materials that were available, arranging for us to view the full size sheets at the supplier's facility and providing multiple cost estimates covering the main choices we liked so we could pick the one that fit our budget. ML Countertops worked closely with our contractor to get the final measurements and cut the required pieces. They installed the countertops to meet our contractors schedule and were able to work around the delayed delivery of one of the cabinets. ML Countertops showed great conscientiousness, attention to detail and made us feel we were an important customer. The qualtiy of the finished countertops is excellent and we are very satisfied with the price.

We had a very unusual design and because we were traveling, we had to do a lot of it over the phone through text. ML countertops did a fabulous job interpreting our design and made some excellent recommendations to enhance the design. They were very timely, professional, and knowledgeable. We were also very pleased with the price. Would definitely use again.

Nelly and Jorge completed three projects for us. They are true professionals. Provided us with excellent suggestions through the decision process, were accommodating and conscientious . Their workmanship was top notch and the end projects were fantastic , couldn't be more pleased! I recommend them without hesitation. Needless to say I will continue to use them for future projects! My wife and I recently installed an all granite outdoor kitchen on our lanai from FBC Home Concept. Our experience with our sales person (Gina), the scheduler (Cory) and the store manager (Eliana) were very positive. They were all very professional and worked closely with us to meet our needs. Gina spent a lot of time with us to ensure that our design and granite selections were exactly what we wanted. The template maker and granite installers were excellent to work with. Their attention to detail was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen turned out fabulous. when my contractor said I should call Nellie - as she assists with all his kitchen remodels- I honestly thought I would do it out of consideration, but then politely decline & do it myself. After all, I had already visited numerous sites, and had many choices in mind. Bottom line- I could NOT have done it without her. How, I don't know- but she kept track of what I liked or didn't like about different pieces. She kept me focused as to the look I wanted & the budget I could afford. I am not rich- it was a huge decision for me. She stayed with me throughout- with the patience of Jobe. The install was perfection- & believe me I ran my fingers over every inch looking for imperfections before they left. My choices may not be as someone else- but I need to say-- we LOVE it & couldn't be happier. So- regardless of what you think your decorating expertise is- I highly recommend Nellie- because she understands her client first- before she does her job.

Outstanding service. Wonderful to work with. Attention to detail was outstanding. We remolded end our entire condo in Naples Fla and used their service and expertise on every project. They were attentive to are needs, and always came in on budget. Their workmanship was second to none. When we entertain our friends, we're always complemented on the beautiful results. The many projects we have worked on with Jorge and Nell have been a labor of love.
