After dealing with another company that wanted up front money to come out and to pay before the template was measured, our contractor suggested Superior. We met with them and picked out our slabs and everything was done very quickly. Their phone calls kept us up to date with the process and we now have beautiful countertops. Thank you.

We just had countertops installed by Countertops by Superior. From the moment we walked in the door, they are very personable and make you feel very welcome. They walked us through the whole process. We just wanted to replace our countertops and not the backsplash. They told us all our options. Free sink was included. My mom really wanted to get everything in before Christmas and they had the whole thing turned around within a couple weeks - the installation happened in one day. During the installation, the workers were very friendly and personable. We asked lots of questions and they answered every one of them happily. They ran into issues pulling out our old countertops because of the way they were installed and they didn't let it bother them. They had to stay later than they thought and during the whole process of installation you could tell they thoroughly enjoyed what they were doing. When the install was finished, there was one part of our kitchen where our garage on our counter ended up not meeting the counter because of the different thickness and within minutes, another rep from the company came over to look it over. They took measurements. The next day the same man came by again just to double check his measurements and see how we liked everything to make sure we were satisfied. We thoroughly were! They were not charging us anything more than the estimate. That same day after the man came to double check the measurements, the owner of the place just stopped in to make a personal check to see how everything came out. He wanted to make sure we were happy without any concerns. He was telling us how their main concern is to have a personal experience with the customer (as things used to be in the old days before the world got very impersonal and non-caring). He was so kind and stayed just talking to us for a little about other things too. We could sense the genuine care that this company had in making their final product perfect and wanting to have that personal connection between the company and customer. The garage issue was taken care of swiftly and perfectly and very Kindly. Overall, we couldn't say more about how great this company is and definitely recommend them if you have any work you need done with your countertops or other work. A very personal company that makes sure the customer is extremely happy and gets everything they want. A genuinely great company to work with. Highly recommended. Kitchen looks beautiful now!

Although happy with the final product, we were completely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service expected of a contractor. The owner just left my house leaving us unsatisfied with the outcome of our business agreement. We would not recommend this contractor to anyone. You should shop around for a business with an owner who has integrity.

I had Countertops by Superior install granite in a new construction project. This included a full kitchen with island, as well as 3 bathroom vanity tops. The process from start to finish was flawless, installation went off without a hitch. Installers were on time, professional, and left the job site clean. Now using Countertops again for another project, as I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Highly recommended

We did an addition and a large remodel project to our home last year. We wanted granite for our countertops in the kitchen, but the company recommended by our kitchen designer was very expensive and did not have a large granite selection. After doing some research online, my husband found Countertops by Superior and we contacted them. Their prices were much more reasonable and they were very helpful. They were very informative and even went so far as locating the type of granite we were looking for. Their installation team was also superb. We were so pleased with their work that we later used them to do the granite countertops in our master bath. This company is so helpful and communicative, they make the whole granite process easy and pleasant. Charlene and Bill are true professionals and we would highly recommend them.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. We have a small kitchen in a 40's era cape cod. For my modest kitchen upgrade, I wanted a durable but pretty countertop. Bill answered all my questions. Deciding between quartzite and granite took some time, but I eventually chose a gorgeous granite. Bill came to my house with several dozen samples and gave me honest feedback when I asked his opinion on a couple I was undecided on. Because this was a relatively small job, fabrication and installation occurred within 2 weeks. It all went very smoothly - Bill does not use subcontractors, so he knows and trusts his installers. One small glitch with the dishwasher installation - I called Bill and he was out to my house personally to fix it perfectly. I very much recommend Countertops by Superior. They are a smaller company with great customer service and a quality product.
