I see the 5 star reviews. I would have also given a 5 star rating in the beginning of our project. However, during the course of our remodel, Me. Thompson had several issues come up that caused a significant delay with cabinet installation. We were very patient with him because we took a little time in making a decision on cabinet colors. Eventually the cabinets, vanities, and rest of ordered items were installed. But we discovered that some of the drawers had not been installed with the promised "soft close feature," wood accent trim in dining room was not secured to the ledge, the custom wood light bar over the kitchen island was obviously not centered over the island, and several cabinets and drawers do not close as they should, abd one cabinet front is actually warped. Mr Thompson did return to replace the hardware on the six drawers, but has neglected to resolve any of the other issues. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Thompson, with no response, I have no choice but to post an honest review of our ongoing experience so far.

Cabinetry and Trimworks has done excellent specialty medical cabinet design and build for our medical practice, and amazing furniture work that thrilled my wife who is an accomplished veteran decorator. I can't imagine getting even similar value elsewhere, the design work was brilliant and I felt the value of the finished product was beyond what they charged us.

I have a custom entertainment center/bookcase that perfectly complements the coastal style of my home. I especially love the sapele countertop and the custom lighting. Craig gives attention to detail and is an accomplished craftsman.

Craig and his staff was absolutely great to work with! They were friendly, upbeat, and very well manored. They have alot of great ideas to add to your project. My staircase turned out to be more beautiful than I imagined. They also did extra on things that they didn't have to do ,but did it to make it more extravagant. I couldn't ask it to be more beautiful than what it is! I wouldn't change a thing! It was worth the wait to find someone that could do the job! I can't thank them enough! It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Custom bedroom suite, flooring, stairs and kitchen design. Top notch quality. He did not disappoint! The wood and finish are beautiful, wonderful hardware, superb design! Craig was patient and kindly consulted with us to find out our desired style, organizational goals and over all WOW factor. We wanted contemporary, floating/platform style furniture with hidden storage and to showcase lighthing. Craig and his team can do any style/taste and specializes in exotic wood. The sleek, custom furniture is ideal for our small beach condo with lots of built-ins, and would really help in resale if we decided to sell (although we would take our beautiful furniture with us!) We look forward to using his services again.

Cabinetry And Trimwork helped us to completely redesign, build and install our kitchen 8 years ago! And I can say it is wearing like iron. Craig Thompson and his staff always answered all questions openly and honestly when it came to construction, materials and costs. My wife and I didn't not want cheap or expensive; we wanted good and longevity. We got it from Craig. This was a complete tear out and white box job. All plumbing and electrical was redone. None of the wood finish has any fading or peeling. The polyurethane coatings has stood the test even in recurring wet areas. The laminate we chose in two areas has not lifted or peeled. The constant cooking, cleaning, mail piles and kids have had no effect on their craftsmanship. I will be asking Craig to do more work for us as we need it. Cabinetry and Trimworks did a very good job.

I'm so pleased to have found this company in my local area on Houzz. Craig Thompson, the owner, was so easy to work with. He even took the time to make custom samples to help me make wood and finish selections for my bar countertop. I'm thrilled with the finished product! His walnut slab bar countertop is the showpiece of my new kitchen! And kudos to them for making and installing the bar top on a very short timeline - just one week! I couldn't be happier and can't say enough good things about Cabinetry and Trimworks!

I am building a home and used Cabinetry and Trimworks. Craig built my staircase and designed my fireplace mantle. There are no words to describe how pleased I am with the work they did. It by far exceeded my expectations. What he built is the focal point of my house and it is amazing! Craig goes above and beyond and was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend his company and will definitely be using him for any needs I may have in the future.

Craig was exceedingly accommodating. He asked thoughtful questions that reflected his experience and listened attentively when we shared our desires. During the development and design phase of our conversations, he offered knowledgeable guidance and suggestions and I felt he provided us with honest and sincere advice that we could realistically build upon. Craig shows a desire for perfection in his design-projections and strives to achieve that in his workmanship. I would use Craig again.

Craig Thompson of Cabinetry and Trimworks is a talented and skilled woodworker. He did and excellent job with our family room, stairway, and hall bathroom. He was very helpful with the design and decision making all along the way. He worked within our budget and finished the job in a timely manner. He showed up on time each day and cleaned up after all daily projects. Our next project will be a kitchen remodel and we will not hesitate to hire Craig of Cabinetry and Trimworks to do the job. He is very personable and easy to work with, and invited my husband and myself into his home to see his custom kitchen remodel first hand.
