Crag is the best. very knowledgeable and guides you in the right direction in what you need. my new table is awesome and i bought the ping pong table top that can go on top of it and even bought the hidden hinge bracket that hides your cues. craig is the best and i highly recommend anyone that wants a table or anything game related to go to craig. his service is impeccable too.

Craig is a true professional when it comes to your billiard table and accessories. I really try to purchase from local merchants, and Craig is truly local (not part of the big chains) and passionate about making sure you get what you want in a table as well as understanding the options. I treated myself to something I have always wanted....a pool table. The table I was looking for had to be perfect. The model I chose was unique and I had very specific requirements for the fabric and its color. Again, the table had to be perfect and Craig’s knowledge of the craft and his experience in the industry allowed him to create that perfect solution I was seeking. I am so happy I walked into Craig’s place, after looking at another competitor. I could instantly recognize the differences I their approach. I was impressed with how Craig focused on what I was looking for and not just trying to sell me a table. Craig and his team met the delivery deadline… just in time so I could surprise my son when he arrived for his Spring Break. Craig couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of a custom pool table for our house. We are more than happy with the quality and how it plays. I met Craig 6 months ago at his Scottsdale store. He was good natured, polite, and most importantly passionate and knowledgeable about everything to do with pool tables. I ordered a Montana rustic pool table. He and his guys built and installed the pool table. I couldn't be happier about the quality of his company's work.
