Chuck was our Builder/Developer & Realtor and we are completely satisfied with our experience. Chuck fulfilled our desire to build a home of our dreams and we instantly developed a rapport of trust with him knowing that he had our best interest at heart. He allowed us the freedom of design and at the same time kept us in touch with reality providing guidance to make the best decisions that only comes from experience and a vast knowledge of the home building trade. In addition Chuck sold our existing home at a price above comparable homes and closed on a date that fit the build schedule of our new home.

Chuck was the general contractor to build out an unfinished walk-out basement. He was helpful throughout, from the design stage to the final walk-through. His subs were timely and showed him and us respect. He was in daily contact with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would have no reservations about hiring him again.

Excellent contractor. He makes sure the project is done right. They quickly corrected all minor errors. Very reliable. I would definitely use them again.

Chuck helped me a bunch. I did not like the floor plans of the houses he had to choose from so he helped me to design a floor plan that would work best for my family. He gave me great advice throughout the process, and made sure I was happy with everything as my house was being built. My house is beautiful, and Chuck is still helpful if I have any questions.
