My wife and I just closed on our new home in Living Dunes. We have never had a better new home experience. The house was finished on time and is extremely well built. Our experience brought us into frequent contact with Stacey, Rainbow and Cat in Sales, Dan and Kadin (CRG management) and the construction manager (Lucas) and his assistant (Merle). We have never met a group of people so dedicated to ensuring nothing less than an exceptional buying experience.

Stacy was a pleasure to work with. even FaceTimed us to show us properties since we live in NJ and bought a condo in Myrtle Beach! I HIGHLY recommend both the company and Stacy in particular!

We just purchased a beach condominium to use as our vacation home. Joyce Helms was our agent and she was outstanding. She got all our questions answered quickly and even went to some that we couldn't get to (we live 4 hours away) and used FaceTime to show us. All in all, the experience couldn't have gone any better.

Marc Zucconi our agent was great, we purchased our vacation/rental property with his help. Marc was very professional throughout the entire experience. We live out of state and we’re only able to visit beautiful Myrtle Beach over a weekend and Marc picked us up and showed us several options and was very knowledgeable of the locations we were interested in. After we had to return home Marc continued to maintain contact with us without being to aggressive which we really appreciated. With Marc at our side we had purchased a beautiful ocean front condo within a couple of weeks! We were very satisfied with Marc and CRG reality.

Commented: fun ceilingThanks! It's actually a mural by Dave Russell, a local artist. He also painted two other murals in this home. Here's a photo of a mural he painted behind a twin size murphy bed in one of the bedrooms.
