We are very proud of our remodel done by Rob Crowley Custom Homes. We remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Rob Crowley stayed on top of all the details but was flexible to all our requests during the project. He made sure every detail was taken care to our satisfaction. Even though our remodel was not his largest job, he made sure the job was completed by each sub contractor who worked on our home. A project superintendent was assigned to our job and he was very organized and easy to work with in addition to Rob Crowley. Good experience.

We have used Rob for our home repairs since 2008 and he and his team have always done an excellent job. Most recently he has helped us repair our 1980's home and it now functions like new! His team is always timely and takes care in leaving our home just as they found it.

Rob did a nearly 12 month remodel on our home including some "out of the box" things that were outside of the normal construction process and the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Rob is an exacting contractor who demands the correct outcome from his subs including a complete redo if necessary if it is not what he asked them to do. With very few exceptions, his crews were the best in the area and we were very happy with the outcome of this project. I would use Crowley Construction again in a heartbeat-

Rob and his team at Crowley Custom Homes did an excellent job in the construction of our pool cabana/guest house. Rob was very responsive and showed excellent command of his sub-contractors who were reliable, responsible, and professional. Rob also provided numerous constructive suggestions on the architect's plans and the finishing touches. He was also forthcoming and helpful in identifying potential mistakes and in suggesting improvements where applicable -- all which were welcomed and greatly appreciated. His suggestions on our outdoor landscaping and related stonework were particularly useful. Overall, we would gladly work with Rob again and heartily endorse him to any potential customer. We had a very tight vision for our next home and, because of that, were probably not going to be easy, hands-off clients. Though we were already working with a reputable architect, Rob expressed interest in the project early on and made subtle/very smart contributions to the floor plan that we appreciated and are seen in our home today. He worked diligently for weeks to find a way to work within our budget before we awarded (or cursed) him with the job. He read our minds on the trim package we were going for and we couldn't be more pleased with the home we're getting. We've heard people say he's the go-to-builder for contemporary home design but he saw very early on that we were going for a design/style that dates back into the past over a hundred years and he has helped us achieve that by skillfully blending traditional/southern elements of the past with modern in-home conveniences and technology.

We worked with Rob Crowley and his team both when we remodeled our home and when we built a guest house next to it. Both jobs went very smoothly and the Crowley team was a pleasure to work with. They are both knowledgeable and professional and the final cost came in close to the estimate that Rob provided prior to beginning the work. We were also very impressed with their attention to detail as they often corrected small imperfections that we had not even noticed.

My wife and I partnered with Rob Crowley in the spring of 2011 for the construction of our new home. This was our first experience with custom home building, and words can't express how thankful we are to have selected Rob to build our home. From our initial meetings, Rob was outstanding. He was organized, punctual, and after our first few visits in his office and at a number of homes around town, he displayed the ability to understand our vision and build us the home of our dreams, not a home that fits a pre-set style. He is an accomplished home builder capable of constructing many styles of homes. With our project (and I'm sure all his builds) he stressed quality, energy efficiency, style, and comfort. He was exceptional at designing our outdoor living space and had a very good partnership with local landscape designers and landscapers to ensure that the outside of the builds was finished out just as well as the home itself. Rob was very good at listening to us about our wish-lists, while always making specific recommendations on various aspects of the build based on his years of experience. He also helped us partner with an interior designer to help with selections on the inside of the home. His bid/proposal was very well done, highly professional. During the build he kept us updated on the project costs, underages/overages. His sub-contractors were also very good, and he did a great job of managing them for us. At the end of the project, his overall bid was well within our expected margin of error for building a custom home. As the years have passed (we will have been in our home 4 years this fall), there isn't a week that goes by that my wife or I don't mention how much we love our home. When asked by family or friends "Now that you've been in the house for a while, what are the things you'd change?" we honestly don't have any regrets on our floor plan, construction, interior design, or outdoor living space. At the conclusion of the project, he was very good about getting his sub-contractors back to knock out the punch list, and we continue to rely on him to help us with routine maintenance, minor repairs, or to provide references for small projects. To this day, years after our build, he is very quick to return calls and emails, and was just by the house this week to discuss expanding our outdoor living space and design for a pool. To summarize, we can't say enough positive things about Rob and his team. We would strongly recommend him if you are considering building a custom home in Bryan/College Station or the surrounding area.

Crowley Custom Homes built us a beautiful home and showed the highest level of professionalism during the entire construction period. They also took excellent care of us after the move in with respect to the usual minor tweaking. I'd be eager to give them my business in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used Crowley Custom Homes. The 1st was for my primary residence and this time was for a rental. The process was smooth and first class from the initial meetings all the way through the final inspection. I plan to use Crowley in the future as I am 110% satisfied with his service and delivery.

We have worked with Rob Crowley on 2 projects to date. It has been our experience that he has met schedules and has had many ideas for improvements. He is a creative thinker and it's like having another designer on your project. An example of a good idea Rob had on one of our projects was to move our existing oven to our outdoor kitchen to give us additional oven capacity. Crowley uses some of the higher quality sub contractors in the area. We have been very pleased on both of our projects, a major kitchen renovation and an addition including a new bedroom and bathroom, and a large shop. You may find a contractor that is less expensive but wouldn't produce the quality of work that Crowley Custom Homes does.

Rob Crowley is very detail-oriented, efficient and holds all his subcontractors to a very high level of standard. The quality of his homes is unsurpassed and he is very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable contacting him anytime I had a question or comment -- big or small. There are a million choices to make when building a home and choosing to work with Crowley was the easiest!
