Outstanding Company, Workmanship and Exceptional Team! We had a 20 year old pool that needed to be redone. We met with several companies but Ali stood out. Her knowledge was beyond what anyone had discussed or pointed out. We are tickled and are so pleased we had decided to use Crystal Pools. It is unclear what is actually accomplished/issues encountered during the pool service. It would be extremely helpful if an after-service report is provided to customers. After the last service, the pool did not appear to be clean and you could still see some debris at the bottom of the pool. Also on several occasions, my hoses were left sprawled across the pool area. On the last service, a hose that did not belong to me was left sprawled across the pool area.

A little more expensive than my previous service but MUCH more reliable. The pool is beautiful again. The team is always up beat and on time.

I called regarding having our pool evaluated pending our house going on the market. The folks at Crystal have been wonderful. They promptly came to the house, got the pumps running, did a thorough cleaning, and prepared us to put on the house on the market. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!

Crystal Pools have worked on my pump several times. They did a good job showed up when promised. Will call again.

Crystal pool is top notch. Technicians very good and knowledgable. High recommend their service or repairs. Had filter pump replaced they were ver quick to get part and repair. Also took care of a couple other minor issues to keep pool running tip top

We can't stop looking at our beautiful pool and are very appreciative for all the team for what you did to make it perfect. I'd like to send a special message of gratitude to the gentlemen who chiseled away the old plaster and worked tirelessly on the tile.
