We recently went to Custom Floor & More to do the tile work in our master bath remodel. We could not have been more happy with the process and the end result. Julie listened to our ideas and came up a design that was exactly what we wanted. CFM uses the latest top quality materials with installers who are experienced craftsmen who care about the final product. They were careful and courteous, always making sure to clean up after themselves throughout the entire process. Julie and Doug were amazing to work with, always being available for any questions or concerns. We have even had other trades come in for our remodel who commented on how well the tile work was done. We will definitely go back to Custom Floor & More for future projects in our home.

Doug and Julie were awesome to work with. I had a difficult time picking out my flooring and Doug went the extra mile and took pictures and Julie picked out the exact flooring I envisioned. I also had them re-carpet as well due to them going the extra mile for me. Would highly recommend!!

Julie and her team have done all of the flooring in my home for the past ten years, when we began re-doing our floors. They have never disappointed with their style and performance. When we remodeled our kitchen Julie was very helpful and we love the floor and the back splash that was put in our kitchen. Julie was helpful to help color coordinate the home to make sure the flooring and the rooms all flowed together. They also have great product that lasts a long time. I will continue to use them in any future flooring updates.

Custom Floors & More put all the flooring in our house when it was built 19 years ago. The flooring is still in excellent shape but I just wanted a change so they did some carpet and LVT work for us. Just as it was 19 years ago the craftsmanship is superb. Also as it was 19 years ago the sales people take the time to talk to you and really get a feel for what you are looking for in the way of flooring. I highly recommend using Custom Floors & More for excellent quality work.

I did a lot of research before choosing Custom Floors & More. While their price wasn’t the cheapest, it was far from the most expensive and ended up being a great value for the service we received. The showroom had an excellent selection of wood flooring. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Brandon was our sales manager and he took the time and gave us great advice based on our needs. We took several samples home to narrow our selection. Once we made a decision Brandon came out and took the measurements and gave us more suggestions for flooring options in other rooms along with a very detailed and accurate estimate for the job. Brian and Mark did the installation and did a phenomenal job. There were parts of the old flooring that were uneven. They fixed that and also took out the old creeks before starting the installation. During installation I felt they treated the job as if they were installing the floor in their own home. They would go outside to do the cutting so there wasn’t saw dust in the house. They did this on two of the coldest days of the year. They not only moved the furniture back into place but also put protective felt on the bottom to protect the flooring and making the furniture easy to move in the future. All in all, I felt I received a great value for the service I received. For you veterans, they do provide a military discount which was awesome. They will most definitely perform all my future flooring needs.

Custom Floors and More removed our carpet and resurfaced our 90 year old wood floors recently. I could not believe how fantastic the floors look. Even with a unexpected problem, they come up with the solution and did the job in fine fashion. I would recommend them for professional and quality work. Thanks guys !!!

We have used Custom Floors & More over the past decade on two separate occasions to install hardwood floors throughout most of our home. Dan, the installer, is meticulous, dedicated, and extremely professional - producing high-quality work much to the satisfaction of my family. Julie has always given a very competitive and fair price for materials and labor. We have one last project to complete and we WILL return to CFM to have the remaining work done. CFM is hands-down the best for your flooring needs!

My husband and I were referred to Custom Floors & More by the contractor who built our new home and could not have been more pleased with the company. Julie and Brandon could not have been more knowledgable or helpful through the entire process, from the start we knew they took great pride in their business and the job they did. When first meeting with Julie I was in complete meltdown mode from all the decisions needing to be made, her son Brandon was helpful in choosing the hardwood flooring and afterwards Julie pulled everything else together from tile choices, carpeting, backsplash and even paint suggestions for the walls.
