So thankful that we contracted Dale to build our lake home. I can’t say enough about the professional job he did in making all the final touches to make it our own. We were able to make decisions via email and phone calls as we live out of state. What a surprise it was to arrive at the lake the following summer to move right in to our dream home.

Dale Juntunen has done six jobs for us - including building an anchitect-designed lake home. He is an extraordinary builder. He’s highly skilled, organized, follows through with anything he says, including budget and timelines. He displays utter integrity. His supervision is great - he coordinates good workers, supervises, makes them do over anything that isn’t exactly right. Whether it’s exterior or interior, new construction or remodeling/refreshing, Dale will do the right thing. He obsesses about the details so that you don’t have to! This is the builder you can trust on all fronts - honesty, expertise, judgment and performance.

We bought a cabin on Turtle Lake in Bigfork, MN and immediately wanted to do some remodeling to the main cabin and to build a detached garage/office. Being new to the area, we knew no one. Juntunen was recommended to us by our excavation contractor and the decision to consult with him was one of the best decisions we made. He listened to what we wanted to do and made recommendations on how to make it happen. His expertise and quality of work was excellent from both the remodeling and new construction perspective. Our project was completed on time and within budget. His crew was great to work with and we were kept in the loop from the beginning to the end. Our remodeling was a bit complex and scary to undertake. He made us feel comfortable the whole time. We will be doing more work in the future and will certainly hire Juntunen again. Highly recommend Dale and his crew!

We had Dale remodel a master suit in our historic home a few years ago, and were very impressed with not only the exceptional quality of his work, but his attention to the budget. When we decided to have a new house built we didn't even consider any other builder, and we couldn't be happier! Every detail was thought out with great care. His subs were the best, and no corners were ever cut. He demands quality work, and he is highly respected by the local tradesmen. Honest, caring, knowledgeable and reliable-- you can't go wrong with Dale Juntunten.

Dale (Juntunen) is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. He is consciousness, the utmost professional, and very knowledgable about his craft. He, along with a log builder, built our dream log home ten years ago, along with a carriage house above the connected garage. He made recommendations that we would have never thought of, much to our delight and not to mention the wonderful aesthetic it added. He also had to reign us in if something we wanted would not work, and had the correct alternative for them. We started our home in 2005 with the ground breaking and after Dale moved our old little cabin off the site. We were planning on this taking 2 years to complete (the logs are huge and were built offsite and relocated to our land), but Dale had it done in less than 18 months. We were pretty much on budget also. The only reason we went over was from our upgrades. We would highly recommend Juntunen Enterprises (Dale) for anything you are building!

We moved around a lot in my early career. Through those moves, we worked with 5 different builders as we built 5 new homes. Dale built our 6th, a lake home/cabin near Marcell/Talmoon, MN. He was the best. He does what he says and if something does go wrong during the process, he owns it and fixes it. He is a good communicator, he offers advise/suggestions during the whole process based on his nearly 40 years of experience and coordinates all the details. He has a strong reputation in the subcontracting community so subs respond resulting in your/our project being completed on time........and that can be a challenge in a rural area. Quality is excellent! Most of all, Dale really wants his customers to be happy with the process and the final result. It is for the above reasons he has earned our trust and is now (8 years later) building a large garage for us.

We could not be happier with our cabin in Minnesota. Dale was recommended to us by a number of people when we were first considering the build of our dream "cabin in the woods." We were not disappointed. Dale is very knowledgeable and quickly understood what we were looking for. We are from out of state, and Dale kept us apprised of the progress throughout. Dale completed the build of our cabin on time and within budget. We highly recommend Dale and his team.

In one word "Qualtiy". We had Dale start from bare ground and shell out the building, then we finished the inside. In the 3 years it took to finish, I have yet to find a mistake. And he always had excellent suggestions. I would highly recommend him
