Dan Hinst and A-List LLC have completed multiple projects for us over the years, and have always been amazing to work with. These projects have included: Complete construction of a 40 X 40 ft, three-bay garage with Hardie siding, standing seam metal roof, etc. Residential Fencing (removal of chain link and construction of wooden privacy fence with custom gates) Residential Deck removal/expansion/construction You will never meet a harder-working, more qualified, and downright nicer guy than Dan!

Exterior water damage with termite intrusion

Last summer I had an urgent situation with water and termite damage at my rental property. I live out of town and could not be there to deal with it myself. A friend of mine contacted Dan and he was able to get to me unbelievably quickly. These guys were able to knock the project out in a matter of days. The best thing about is that I didn’t have to “baby sit” him. The crew showed up every day and knocked out what they could. While working found another problem looming and alerted me to it. By doing this he saved me money in what would inevitably be another water issue down the road. I usually don’t bother giving people reviews, but this team saved my butt. I couldn’t be any happier.

Dan hinst is not only an incredibly talented craftsman, but he is also one of the most down to earth people you will every meet. He has helped me with many renovations over the years. The most recent being a garage remodel to add on a bedroom with a private entrance. It completely exceeded my expectations! I recommend him for any and all construction projects.
