Dan Maxwell started building and remodeling homes in the Five Points neighborhood of Huntsville in 1990. Dan received his bachelors degree from UAH with an accounting major. After working in real estate management as an accountant for The Rouse Company and as an office manager for an architect and engineering firm, both in Atlanta, Dan returned to his native Huntsville to begin his own business. Consistent on site supervision by himself and his ability to budget and manage construction costs have helped Maxwell Homes to become and remain one of Huntsville's premier home builders. Being in business in the same city for twenty years, provides customers with plenty of information and completed projects to help them evaluate our operation.
