They were always professional and had some great suggestions when we encountered construction issues. I would definitely use them again. We were very pleased with the job D.A.S. did on our gut renovation. They did a great job from the planning stages/pre construction through the renovation to assisting us in getting ready to move in! Both Doug & Chris were able to make changes in the field and on the spot that improved the functionality and flow of our modern farm house renovation. You know the saying “if it’s too good to be true, it isn’t.” Well, in the case of DAS Custom Builders, it is true! We have lived in every time zone in the country and renovated many homes along the way. All prior renovations pale in comparison to the home in Greenwich, CT that DAS Custom Builders renovated for us. I have never seen such quality, efficiency and timeliness! Every project was done on time, on budget and to the highest standards. We gave them quite a challenge to get a neglected, foreclosed, 10,000 square foot home up and running in just a few weeks before we moved in, but they got it done. The house needed every major system checked, repaired or replaced, along with plumbing, painting, electrical work, water issues, fencing of the entire 4 acre property, new entry gates, a new roof, cosmetic changes, etc. The entire experience was like magic! As the list grew longer and longer with the results of each system evaluation and add-ons by the homeowners, they never wavered in their ability to handle each and every new item as it came up. It also did not add any time to the finish line. The house was ready when they said it would be and it was the for the amount they quoted. In addition to their excellent work, it is an absolute pleasure working with Doug, Chris and Adrian. They are very responsive to every request, addition and change. They are on top of the job at all times and onsite daily, They bring a sense of calm to a stressful situation for the homeowner. I would highly recommend them. D.A.S. Custom Builders did a phenomenal job on our extensive home renovation. Jason Drake and Chris Alvarez are a pleasure to work with. They are easy to get a hold of, meticulous, thorough and made sure every detail was done right. In any construction project there are always unexpected additions to the budget and delays, but D.A.S. kept the renovation on schedule and budget. They have a great set of subcontractors who were courteous and professional. We renovated four bathrooms and a kitchen and added a bedroom and bathroom over our garage. We lived in the house during the six months of construction and they did a great job giving us our privacy while still getting the job done. Overall we are incredibly happy with the job they did and would wholeheartedly recommend them for any project, big or small.

D.A.S. and I worked together on a custom renovation project with a tight time table and many ultra-high end finishes. This particular project had many specialty finishes and components requiring allot of research on how things need to go together and how to coordinate it all on site. D.A.S. orchestrated this nicely and completed the project in a timely manner. Their straight forward and honest approach to a project makes working through any issues that may arise, run smoothly.

I've worked with Jason Drake for a number of years. I am currently working on a new project with him that he and I had done all the bathrooms in previously -- the client asked for the two of us specifically. He has been my go-to guy for every intricate custom job I've been given while working for Bilotta Kitchens for 35+ years. I give his name specifically when my clients need work to be done; I have never gotten any complaints or even questions about his process. He is always prompt, clean and efficient worker. My clients ask me for him when they need custom pieces that my company does not provide. He is absolutely great at what he does I highly recommend Jason and D.A.S Custom Builders if you have anything that you need built.
