Specializing in full-access cabinetry ranging from modern, traditional to rustic. The shop has been set up with high end equipment from panel processing and veneer polishing to milling and joinery and utilizes the 32mm system for accurate and efficient case work. Modern machining techniques and traditional, proven methods are used to produce the highest quality products. Standard cabinet cases are CARB compliant 3/4" maple composition core plywood with a UV cured finish. Drawers are German beech. Blum Tandem plus " Blumotion " under mount slides are standard. Hinges are Blum Clip-top with Blumotion soft close. All edge banding is 1mm pvc for a lifetime of durability. ML Campbell wood finishing systems are used on doors and mill work. Over 800 stock colors are available along with custom tinting. A multitude of finishing techniques are employed. Usually proto-typing styles and finishes is standard order to produce the desired effect you are looking for. CNC equipment is used for spindle/column turning, corbels and other decorative accent components. Every aspect of the job is done in house and fully custom designed. While using some of the finest equipment to produce accurate joinery, rocks, bricks, rasps, chisels, paint scrapers and grinders have become very effective tools in producing rustic cabinetry. On the other side of the spectrum, the veneer & sealer polishing capabilities of the segmented sanding equipment produce mirror like finishes second to none. Along with cabinetry, custom wood signs, mill work components, fireplace mantels, media centers, office furniture, home and office library shelving, wet bars, closet organization, garage organization, gun cases, display cases and other built in wood work is available.
