Bowling Green Fireplace & Grill

Very poor customer service. Took them @ 3 months to come to my house and them blamed me!!! Refused to take product back because I had it too long.

Just purchased a Broil King propane gas grill. Boy it gets Hot and i like that as i am a retired Chef. Cant wait to use the rotisserie with a couple chickens. Later this week i am going to put a venison loin on the spit. Thank you , You have a great business...

So glad I called them! Nashville folks, they are a way better option than what we have here locally. Prompt, professional, and helpful! They appreciate the business and treat their customers as such. After struggling with the local option to even get them to follow through (I've never had such a hard time trying to be a customer in all my life), I decided to call Bowling Green Fireplace to see if they serviced our area. We spoke more frequently to BGF over several days than we had over several weeks with the local option that we had met in person in the showroom! BGR made it so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Product sales presentation was made in a very professional & knowledgeable manner. Product installation was very proficient, professional with good product operational instructions. Installers were courteous, efficient and maintained very good job cleanup & maintenance.
