My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

David was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job, he did it for what he said it would cost and he got it done by the time he said he would. Overall I would hire David again and would recommend him to anyone needing to get some remodeling or home repairs done. David does quality work and doesn't take shortcuts.

We hired D. Beckman Construction to oversee out kitchen remodel. If there was the ability to give D. Beckman Construction another star, we would. David is a complete professional and from day one we felt like we were in great hands. He is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to take our kitchen from an ugly mess to spectacular. He handled everything from hiring tradesmen to running to pick up necessary last minute items. Not to mention his craftsmanship. His work was neat and orderly, put away at the end of the day. When issue came up he always communicated what was going on, the costs and how things would be taken care of, and they always were. We can't thank him enough for making a stressful remodel and easy as this one was.

I hired David about 1/4 of the way through a whole house remodel because of his project management and finish carpentry skills, and his attention to detail. He fixed mistakes from prior contractors and completed a down to the studs remodel of many spaces including a master closet, stairwell, bathroom and large galley kitchen. He custom-built a walnut wall unit that is a defining feature of the home, as well as bringing in highly skilled trades to complete the space. His skills are impressive, but the reasons I'd hire him again are his professionalism, communication, and collaboration. He is a genuinely nice guy who knows how to get things done.

I met David while working together on a kitchen remodel and was very impressed with his attention to detail. David has a background in finish carpentry and it really shows in his work. I believe the level of craftsmanship in his work really shines through in his finished projects. I highly recommend his services and hope to work with him on further remodels in the near future.
