We hired Delaware Remodeling to install cabinets and countertops along the back wall of our office for additional storage and counterspace. The estimator came out measured the space, made some great suggestions, and showed us some beautiful brown cabinets. The Farmhouse rustic looking weathered brown cabinets the owner, Kaiser recommended really makes a remarkably subtle contrast that sets our office apart. We decided to go with them mainly due to their knowledge about construction, the fact they sell cabinets, and do all types of major construction as well. Kaiser made the entire process easy from start to finish, whereas other contractors were hard to get a hold of to answer questions throughout the sales process. Out of the 4 companies we had out to quote our job, Delaware Remodeling was the most reasonable. The cabinets were delivered, installed, and the counter-tops templated and installed 4 weeks from the day we signed. I can't thank them enough for the job, we've had over 2 dozen contractors and customers stop by and ask where we got our cabinets, and who our contractor for the job was. Great company to work in your home or business.

We had Delaware Remodeling out to replace our carpet with hardwood last summer and just had them back to install a full bathroom in the basement. They are very professional, and their attention to detail is exactly why we went with them. No baloney, just great work and excellent customer service. We had Delaware Remodeling out last week to replace our 15 year old roof, we decided to go with them as they had previously did our kitchen. The entire process was super smooth from start to finish. The estimator wore masks while out at the property for the roof evaluation. The estimate was very reasonable and quality of work performed was second to none. The crew did a great job in ensuring the perimeter of my house was protected from roofing debris during the tare off of the old roof. The tare-off was well controlled and the guys were super efficient with their craft. The guys finished the job and did all the clean-up returning the property to the same conditions as they found it. The crew was fast, friendly, reliable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for your next roofing or remodeling job. We just had our kitchen remodeled not too long ago and now have them back installing a bathroom in our basement for our bar. They have been very professional while working with us on both projects, They were there everyday and did not leave to go on other jobs while they were working on our property.
