Andy was a reliable, thoughtful partner for us every step of the way, taking our kitchen from dream to reality. We interviewed several contractors and selected Andy because he’s a great listener with a talent for design who takes real ownership of the project. This was our first renovation and we’re grateful for the expert guidance from Andy and his team. Andy scoped several options at different price points, supported and iterated with us through the aesthetic design decisions, helped select contractors for some of the trades, designed and built the cabinetry, and set a high level of quality with his team. His professional team of skilled installers, Oleg, Vlad and Sergei, had a great sense of attention to detail and craftsmanship which ultimately made the project a success. Our renovation was on-time and on-budget, and we even expanded the scope to include custom closets which we love.

My wife and I decided to renovate our medium size kitchen, and we allocated a medium size budget for the project. After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we chose to work with Andy and Modernplus Kitchen and Bath and we've never regretted our choice. Andy and his team not only prepared the design of cabinets, they also walked us through the whole process of kitchen renovation, until the project was fully completed to our satisfaction. Here below is the brief list of things, which impressed me the most: Design - Andy kept improving the project, even after we accepted his design, looking for better balance between price, look and functionality Materials quality - German cabinets and hardware, countertop and backsplash from reputable American company, with lifetime warranty, nothing to say more than that Subcontractors - Andy controlled the schedule and quality of their work, in the single case when we weren't satisfied with the work quality, Andy send them to redo the job Clear pricing - All expenses were discussed before we signed the contract, no unexpected expenses appeared on the road Afterward - Even after the full amount of the contract was paid, Andy kept supporting us, helping with small adjustments, purchasing of kitchen organizers, etc. With all above being said, I honestly believe that Andy and Modernplus Kitchen and Bath is the excellent choice for any project.

Wow what an awesome contemporary upgrade to what was a drab builder grade condo kitchen! Andy was easy to work with and designed a beautiful and efficient kitchen. The Schroeder cabinetry is solid and well made with great storage that we were able to customize to function how we needed, with no wasted space. The kitchen island does double duty facing kitchen and living areas and is a great place for LP's/the pantry has pull out shelves to maximize storage. We were also impressed by the superb skill of the installer - detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient! Beautiful result!

We could not be happier with our fabulous updated kitchen. Working with Andy has been a pleasure from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable with his products, highly respectful, and reliable to work with. We went with shiny white lacquer cabinetry which is stunning. The excellent design was drafted and executed to perfection. Vladimir did the installation and he is highly skilled and very patient. Andy coordinated our Cambria kitchen countertop which we absolutely love. We now have an updated kitchen which we thoroughly enjoy cooking and eating in. We are very fortunate that we found Modern Plus originally on houzz. After renovating our newly purchased townhouse, save for the kitchen, we moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Three years later, we knew it was time to replace our poorly designed, low-end, non-functional galley kitchen. Although the kitchen was new at the time of our purchase, the cupboards were in disrepair, faultily installed, and lacking in proper storage capacity. Moreover, the configuration of stove, fridge and sink did not provide a satisfactory work triangle. Online, we found Andy. The sleek, modern, glossy, clean finishes of his product line were just what we wanted. We were able to meet with Andy, at his Toronto showroom and in Niagara, for accurate measurements for the proposed design. There were no "timeline" problems despite the pandemic, and Andy delivered the "goods" right on the schedule he outlined from the start and the installation by his crew went off without a hitch. A great result and a most rewarding experience. Highly recommended!

We zeroed in on Andy from a list of 6 contractors that we had shortlisted. Andy matched our sense of style and the kind of personality we were looking for in the person that we wanted to work with. Andy was the only one who gave us a design of our kitchen even before we had signed the contract. Some of the other contractors were too lazy to even provide us with a breakup of their quotation, let alone a sketch. Andy was patient and with us through the process of renovation in our condominium and was always helpful with his recommendations and suggestions. If you are looking for a modern kitchen, you wouldn't find someone better in terms of design, planning, and execution. Our project was executed on time, and came in within the budget that was quoted to us. We went with the Schroder white cabinets for the uppers and gray matt for the lowers. The countertop is from Cambria and the appliances are mostly from Fisher and Paykel. The backsplash is from M2 Tile stone I would also like to thank Oleg who did a great job of the cabinets and the person who did a fabulous job of our backsplash (my bad, I cannot remember his name). I am not great at photography but I have done my best to capture my kitchen. It does look even better in real.

I have been enjoying my fabulous new kitchen reno for a few months. I have Schroeder snow-white, high gloss, modern kitchen cabinets, oversize storage cabinets, and a Fenix midnight blue, large island, with white quartz on the island, countertops, and backsplash. There is lots of storage and the functionality is exactly what I wanted since I can entertain six quests sitting at my large island. I originally found Andy B owner of Modern Kitchens Plus on Houzz and found him again at the Toronto Design show. On a personal level, Andy is very pleasant, never reactive, a great listener, and has a fine sense of humour. Professionally, he is detailed, precise and he became a project manager who was organized and scheduled every aspect of the renovation and was present for important phases such as cabinet removal, floor refinishing, cabinet delivery and installation, quartz selection and installation, and appliance installation. He also met up with my plumber and electrician when required. Andy also advised me on other design details which finished it off beautifully. I have to give a shout out to Oleg who is highly skilled and did the cabinet installation perfectly and was such a gentleman.
