We selected the team at Designer for their ability to build a truly custom home, while sticking to a defined budget and project schedule. They exceeded our expectations, always keeping the project costs up-to-date and ensuring that we signed off on any designs before they went to production. I've built many houses over the years and finding a true custom home builder that can stick to a budget and schedule is actually quite amazing. You can see from the pictures that the end product was outstanding. The folks at designer were a joy to work with, even when things got down to the wire.
