Tracie at Woodstock was an invaluable resource in helping me plan my husband's and my shower design. I know she has many projects she's working on at any point in time, but she spent a lot of time with me on our project. Before I even started looking at samples, we talked about styles my husband and I gravitate to. (It has to be said we didn't initially know exactly what we wanted). Then she pulled tile samples and gave me options- it's like she made it her mission to find the best combination of materials to get the perfect effect. She also made it a point to explain the Schluter-Kerdi shower system to us so we had confidence in the installation from the get-go. Patrick our installer did an awesome job! We've had several people comment on his workmanship. Love the results!

Woodstock did a repair on our wood floor and it was done with care and precision so as not to damage the rest of the floor. The repair looks great and it is not possible to tell where the repair was done. Woodstock also installed heated tile in our sunroom. The floor looks great and having it heated adds to our comfort! We will use Woodstock again if the need arises

We ordered our hardwood floors and countertops for our cottage. Woodstock was great to work with and are super responsive and answer questions very quickly. Found them very knowledgeable on the products for our needs. I would recommend them to anyone doing a project in their house.

We were looking to have a backsplash installed in our kitchen and spent approximately 5 months looking and getting estimates from different places. We were looking in Wausau, Appleton, Madison, Marshfield and Birnamwood. Working in the Building Business and talking to different installers, I came across 3 true Professionals Trent, Andy and Junior from Woodstock Flooring. After seeing and working beside these guys for weeks, I liked what I heard and saw. We decided to call the store and made a trip to Birnamwood where we met another outstanding person, Chanda Kersten, one of the Design Specialist who won our hearts over our first time in. She introduced us to different products and displayed them for us. We had a budget and just couldn't seem to come up with anything within that budget. She went way above and beyond all of our expectations and finally got us what we wanted at the price we wanted. She basically blew everyone out of the park, so we now have what we wanted and have received never ending compliments. Anyone looking to have any type of work done should see Chanda Kersten at Woodstock Flooring before making any final decisions. You will be HAPPY that you did. She is the best in the Business

We have to say our overall experience with Woodstock Flooring & Design Center was a very good one. There was an issue with our first and second install of our living room carpet, even though it was extra work for all, the end result was rewarding. We had Woodstock do the floors in our entire home. Hardwood floors in our bedrooms and back hallway. Tile floors in our 2 bathrooms and dining/kitchen. Carpet in our living room. We also ordered bathroom vanities and sinks for both bathrooms. Mindy was very friendly and helpful in picking out colors, vanities and hardware. They worked around our schedules/vacation. The workers that came to our home were friendly and answered questions we had. We were impressed, everyday they were done they cleaned up and took their garbage. The other contractor we had did not. The overall cost was less than any other place we had checked out. We are very satisfied with Woodstock Flooring and will recommend them to anyone looking to update their home.

We built a new house and ordered our kitchen cabinets, laundry room cabinets/vanities, main bath vanity as well as our countertops from Woodstock. We enjoyed every step of the process working with Mindy and her team at Woodstock. They answered all our questions, returned emails and phone calls promptly. They were very kind and respectful. During the installation of our granite countertops the two gentlemen were so professional, polite, informative and they cleaned up after. I can’t say enough good things about Woodstock and our experience other than, I would highly recommend them! I wish I had gone to them for other parts of our interior. I will definitely go to them first for any projects in the future!

We received excellent advice from the designer regarding the coordination of countertop and backsplash. They were very flexible in accommodating our questions and changes. When we felt like we were being a pest they were readily accessible and took it in stride. They did a great job matching woodwork where modifications needed to be made. We were extremely happy with the finished project in terms of tile work and countertop. We did our research and they were by far the " best bang for our buck".

From the moment we first walked into Woodstock we were greeted by warm, friendly staff. Sweet and patient Chanda spent a great deal of time showing and explaining to us differences and options with various countertops and sinks. Thank you, Chanda! Glen and Tom did a fantastic job carefully removing the old countertop. Glen custom-repaired cabinet below sink as well as pull out drawer that had suffered water damage- looks phenomenal! Trent and Brian installed new sink and countertop with precision and expertise and explained how to care for granite. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and are completely satisfied with Woodstock product and workmanship. Thank you!!

Mindy Ponta was excellent to work with. From the first day we came into the design center, she knew exactly what I wanted. I'm very particular and knew what I wanted for colors and a high end design. She was very helpful in achieving my design style.

Mindy does a great job. Very professional. Very prompt w/ getting back to me w/ info whether it was with a phone call or email. Home visit was very helpful. Some companies will not come out unless the customer has already committed to purchase. Had good tips when looking at certain flooring or counter top samples that helped get past the limitations of looking at a small sample. My only regret is that it seemed that Wood stock had a limited amount of the vinyl type flooring to choose from.

As you know, we recently installed Woodstock’s vintage hickory flooring in our log home. The quality of the wood that your company provided was spectacular. We installed about 400 square feet of hardwood flooring, and we only had one end of one piece that needed to be wasted. Literally no waste. And the finish was amazing also. Thanks also for your assistance regarding installation questions. We are extremely happy with our new flooring.

I hired Woodstock Flooring to install new granite countertops in my kitchen, getting rid of the horrible 80's laminate. Cher was very friendly, helpful, and was right on top of any questions or concerns I had. She helped me decide on the perfect granite for my taste and style. One concern I had when looking through their showroom was that the seams on their displays were very noticeable. That was my only qualm in hiring them. As luck would have it, the installers did such an exceptional job, that the seams are virtually invisible on my project. They did a wonderful job at utilizing the features from the granite slab that I wanted showcased, and cutting the slab so that the variations in the stone flowed from one piece to the next seamlessly. I could not be happier with the quality of work I received from them.

While driving past the Woodstock Design Center on our way the Eagle River, WI, we noticed the slaps of granite displayed on their front lot. We stopped to see what they had and found the one we really liked. We worked with Mindy and she was very knowledgeable on the products and very professional. We went to Woodstock to look at flooring and were very surprised on what all they had to offer. We were doing all full renovation of our house and wanted to do the wood flooring and ended up getting the flooring,carpet,custom cabinets,all the tile,sinks and the quartz counter tops. I had a wood surround and mantle on my fireplace that I felt was dated and I wanted it taken off and replaced with tile or brick. Everyone I had contact with at Woodstock were very pleasant to work with. Cher, in the office, helped with the design. John, who did the tile work, did a great job. I really like what the finished project looks like. It changes the whole look of the living room. Woodstock has a great showroom with many products to chose from for new construction or for remodeling.

Mindy was good to work with. At the start she was somewhat tentative. As we went forward, she was more helpful in selecting the details (grout, handles etc). She hit on most of the details. We did not discuss the number of shelves in the cabinets or the shape of the valance over the sink. The valance shape/size made a difference in our lighting choice and resulted in several trips to the lighting store. Many people who have seen our kitchen asked where we ordered our cabinets. I tell them and also am quick to add they have almost everything needed; cabinets, countertop, flooring, tile and sinks. About all they don't offer is faucets. Makes for very easy planning.

I chose Woodstock because of their reputation for producing quality wood flooring. I didn't want want 'mass produced' second rate flooring. Kyle was very helpful over the phone and when I went to the showcase center, Cher & Mindy were as well. I am thrilled with my new wood flooring~!

Our hardwood flooring is from Woodstock and it is beautiful! It's one of the first things people comment on when they see our home for the first time. We also ordered our granite for our kitchen island, countertops and fireplace hearth from Woodstock and are so pleased with the results.

Total remodel of a 60 year old Northern Wisconsin cabin. We selected Woodstock after interviewing four designers and knew we made the right choice. Mindy, the designer, was exceptional in every way...she made suggestions, answered our numerous questions, returned phone calls promptly and guided us through our project which we did mostly ourselves except for the fabrication and installation of the granite. When one cabinet arrived without a special shelf, she immediately got it corrected. The granite selection in our area was limited and when we decided to drive to Milwaukee for a better selection, she had called to let them know we were coming and then facilitated the process based on our selection. The timelines she gave us were accurate and we are extremely pleased. We would recommend this business, and Mindy, to anyone. The cabinet quality was better then the other three designers also.

I stopped at Woodstock Flooring & Design Center, while shopping for flooring, and during my visit, I noticed the Cambria Quartz Countertop display & brought my husband along for the next visit. Mindy Ponta worked on our project with us, from start to finish, and was absolutely wonderful. My husband provided a layout of our kitchen, including countertop measurements, and at our first visit, she provided a "rough estimate" of our projected cost, which was very close to the actual cost. We made our selection, and she finalized the project details - from arranging actual measurements, to sink questions, to edging, backsplash height, etc. Our primary mode of correspondence was via email (although I called a few times as well), and Mindy promptly responded to every question. Once our countertop arrived, she quickly made arrangements for installation. The installers did a fantastic job & our countertops look amazing! Mindy managed all of the details, making this a very smooth & pleasant project for us. We highly recommend Woodstock Flooring & Design Center and Mindy, and hope that we can work with them in the future for our flooring needs. Excellent!!!
