We worked with D. Higgins Construction on a large first floor, kitchen renovation and highly recommend their work. Our remodel included taking down a wall, replacing windows and glass door, replacing flooring, drywalling, adding lighting, and installing a new kitchen layout and cabinets, as well as a large island. They deliver high quality work and are neat and tidy. Communication is easy and timely, and they encourage questions, ensuring everyone is on the same page and managing expectations. Our project was done early and only slightly over the original estimate due to things we added, like a custom hood vent. It’s been several months since the project was completed and everything looks beautiful. It has held up well to daily life, hosting, holidays, and toddler runarounds. This is our second project with D. Higgins Construction, (previous bathroom), and we are so happy we chose to work with them again to transform our main living space. Again, we highly recommend!

I recently had my bathroom completely remodeled by D Higgins Construction, and we are thrilled with the results! They replaced the old floor tile with beautiful new ones, installed a stunning vanity, and converted our outdated bathtub surround into a modern, spacious walk-in shower. We also had a new quiet exhaust fan installed, which now vents outside. The work was high-quality, done on time, and the team was professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They found where our toilet was leaking and replaced the floorboards and some drywall in our first-floor ceiling, which they painted and blended beautifully. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free bathroom upgrade.

Caleb, Calvin, and Ulysses did a great job on my master bath remodel. Caleb quoted the job back in April with delivery promised for 3 weeks starting the week of November 3rd. They were able to start a week early and finished in just under 3 weeks, working hard to minimize impact on the rest of the house. All my questions were answered, requested changes were met with "no problem, we can do that!", and their advice when I was on the fence about something was GREATLY appreciated. The team was polite and professional from start to end. Caleb kept in touch through the wait, sending reminders on MY side of the work - picking out the tile and fixtures I wanted and having them on site for the start date, ensuring I was ready when they were. During construction they set up so I could still use my bedroom and cleaned up at the end of each day, letting me know when they left and when they'd be back the next day. 10/10 recommend and will use again!

I used D Higgins Construction for my recent bathroom remodel. It had been a long time since I had been involved in a remodeling project. Caleb provided material/ style options at the time of quote and explained them to me, so I could make an informed decision when I signed the contract. I was kept informed about the scheduling of the work along the way so I could plan my day accordingly. The team also kept the area picked up and materials confined to the bathroom area keeping dust to a minimum. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my new master bathroom!

The quality of work was very high, the completed the job on time and under budget. Throughout the project the team maintained a high level of communication which is a large reason why the project went so well. Additionally they were able to perform all the work necessary to complete the job without having to subcontract any of the work out which may have slowed the project down otherwise. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest.
