TCG is the realization of Grossman’s vision to create a place where every-day consumers could come to purchase high-quality flooring. The Carpet Girl’s inspired, one-on-one flooring service model even allows customers to choose a convenient time and place to meet to discuss their flooring needs. The Springfield, New Jersey showroom opened its doors in June 2013, and boasts the widest selection of superior-quality carpeting and flooring options, many unavailable from other retailers. I would highly suggest many other placed for your floor covering needs. I just had a job done by this company and was very unsatisfied and had to call my credit card company to return my money as Diane the owner said she was not refunding anything. She also said people like me are problem with society and went off on a huge yelling tangent. People like Diane should really not be running a business. What happened was I had a carpet repair in my basement and was given a quote after the estimator came of 450 dollars. After I met the installer he said it would take 4 hours and needed more money 160 dollars more. I said ok. The installer did the work and it took just less than 2 hours. I called about this and that is when the owner Diane went off on me. Overall I feel there are better people out there that deserve your business.

I hired The Carpet Girl to install a new kitchen floor. It was a challenging project as the sub floor was in VERY bad shape. They did a good job leveling out the floor with luan and then installed a beautiful Coretec floor (looks like wood but is luxury vinyl).

I highly recommend Dianne Grossman, The Carpet Girl for all carpet and flooring needs. I have used her twice, first to provide area rugs and stair runners throughout most of my house upon moving in and second with redecorating our living room. Dianne is such a pleasure to work with and really understands what you are looking for. She's even taught me some things about decorating as well!

I Hired The Carpet Girl initially as I was so impressed with the owner, Dianne, who personally came to the house with her associate to provide me with a quote. The day of the installation, the installers were prompt and friendly. They were in an out in less than 3 hours (the last time I had the same area done by another company, it took them all day) and they moved back all the furniture.

I hired TCG to carpet my basement staircase and match it to special waterproof flooring. Working with Dianne "The Carpet Girl" Grossman was a terrific experience. She is incredible -- friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I felt immediately comfortable with her. I had a small job and she couldn't have been nicer. Dianne really considers your needs and budget, works with you to find the right flooring, and helps execute your vision. Great service, great selection, and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend The Carpet Girl for all flooring needs.
