Ya'll need to figure out your packaging technique over there. Mirror arrived broken twice. The worst park about it is arranging for it to be taken back every time.

Stay away from this companies lighting fixtures. The fixture (140-1FR-TROMBA) we have developed a crack in it. No big deal, I figured I'll call Elk and order (and PAY) for a new one. They refused to talk to me without having an account with them. The company does not support their products. I was simply asking to purchase or where to purchase a replacement part for THEIR product and they refused to help. Disappointed.

I greatly apologize for your experience, I want to assure you that it not how we handle our customer requests. We are not able to sell you a new glass globe, however we can help get you in contact with the company that sold you the light fixture and have them process a new order at no charge for you. Our products have a one year manufacturers warranty and therefore we will stand behind our products and provide you with a replacement.
