About Us

Productivity, determination, and adaptation. That is our mantra at DM Bowman & Sons. In February of 2015, with no shortage of zeal and a vigorous heart, I set out to make my mark as a skilled craftsman. I know that your home environment can be very sacred to you. That is why I strive to create a quality space that will bring you inspiration and joy for years to come. I am currently seeking to bid on residential home improvement projects ranging from repair services, tile and flooring installation, and kitchen/bath remodeling. As a small, family oriented company, we can take the time customize your project to your specific needs or artistic desires. I also strive to provide a pleasant personal experience and a job that lives up to the character of each clients’ home. My family owns Papa Joe’s Wine Cellar in Zelie. Dylan was recommended to me by my landlord, who has used his services many times. I knew a while ago that our stairs into our basement space were going to need to be replaced, as they were likely original to the building (1920s). Dylan managed to fit this job into his busy schedule as soon as possible while still working around our business hours, as we are open seven days a week. And we could not be more pleased with the results. Dylan and Mike did a great job, and they were very quick about it too, finishing the project before we opened the winery that day. I have recommended him to several people already, based on not only this, but the work I’ve seen in the rest of our building (he does awesome tile and laminate flooring). I’ll continue to work with him in future projects around my own home. Ultimately, he is a great guy who does amazing work at a great price.

Dylan transformed our kitchen with this tile wall installation, and I couldn't be happier that we found him for this job. He was professional, fun to work with, and obviously takes great pride in his work because the level of care and detail were just incredible. Thank you, Dylan!

Dylan was great! He provided an estimate right away. He started when we agreed. Once demo started he didn’t stop until the first phase was done. He was very neat and clean. He did great job on drywall, in parts of our kitchen where plaster had come away, and painting. However the tile work was outstanding. He measured and was so accurate we got to return several boxes of floor tile. Even the tricky spots were done well. Our house is over 100 years old so the floors were so out of level, the walls were not straight, and we’ve got a funky curve in one wall - but they were no match for Dylan. Once our cabinets and countertops were in he came back and finished the backsplash tile and trim work. Now my dark 1960’s kitchen is bright and beautiful! We would highly recommend DM Bowman and Sons and are trying to figure out how to talk him into doing our tile work in our Florida house. .

Dylan did an excellent job of installing flooring in my kitchen and pantry. He went above and beyond by also trimming doors to fit, and installing wooden transition pieces he made himself. I would definitely recommend him for your flooring job.

If you are looking for a hard working multi-talented contractor Dylan is your guy! Dylan took our very small dysfunctional master bath and turned it into a masterpiece. We now have a roomy shower with heated floor and shower seat, storage and most importantly he alleviated our plumbing issues. The bath is still small but it look so much larger now with it’s clean sleek appearance. Dylan also removed a leaking door, repaired the damage and made my house look like it was never there. Dylan is a perfectionist and take great pride in his work. He won’t disappoint you!

Dylan has done 4 or 5 different things since I moved into my new home. He has installed a backsplash, hung pictures, put up a mantle , installed a glass block window and other miscellaneous projects. In each case Dylan's work has far exceeded my expectations. He has always been right on time ( unusual for sure in this industry). His work habits are exceptional and he has always left my house nest and clean.
