We do not recommend We are a large design company and we bought multiple projects fire-bowls Ours was over 8k It consistently broke We had to ask over and over again for help There is no help No response They do not have actual warranty teams or service And we now paid for parts to just use it When it has life time warranty We simply got tired of asking for help to fix and solve the issue It is a lemon to start and there is no support and no one that actually fixes the problems. Do not recommend The investment is large so use someone else Strongly do not recommend them Koehndesign

We're so sorry you had a bad experience. However, on checking with our CS team this specific instance had the fire pit media installed incorrectly. So, there was no proper air flow on the burner and around the pilot which created oven-like conditions. A Warming Trends tech had a look at the provided photos and concluded the thermopile/heat sensor was damaged due to this incorrect installation. Our goal is for you and your customers to enjoy your fire feature, and we are always available by phone or email.

The fire table design is beautiful, and the heat from the burner is great. However, they have terrible customer service and don’t stand behind thei products. We ordered an outdoor fire table, the Lotus 45. Firstly, the table arrived 3 weeks late. Secondly, the price was quoted as delivered, howeve they did not tell us they would be dropping off a 430 pound crate that we had to deal with on our own. When I called to discuss the situation they said if we wanted it set up that was white glove delivery, an option that was not extend to us at the time of ordering. After managing to get the crate opened and the fire table moved to the correct area, it could not be set up properly, because the company sent the wrong parts. After having to call them and spend a significant amount of time on the phone they figured out the error and proceeded to send the wrong parts again, so we had to take the table completely apart twice and reassemble it with the correct parts., given how dirty the lava rock is it was dirty, time consuming job. We also purchased a log set as the media. From the very first use there was so much soot collecting on the logs and blowing onto our furniture that we have large black grease stains on our furniture as well as ourselves. When we called to complain they said we were buying impure propane. We have had two previous fire tables with no issues and as soon as I remove the logs from this fire table the problem also stopped. They refuse to take responsibility.

Regretfully we see that you have written the threatened bad review, as your request for an additional $500 off was denied. We were not able to give you a further discount because there was already $500 off applied for a COVID-19 sale. Our pricing is very reasonable and with free shipping included for a Canadian made product we are not able to simply reduce the prices on our products.

- The delay on the order was beyond our control as due to COVID-19 there had been substantial delays through the supply chain.

-For Alberta curbside delivery is the only delivery we offer. The curbside shipping is communicated by all our reps at the time of order, and prior to shipment the freight carrier also calls to confirm this to reduce chances of miscommunication and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

- The product itself is 264lbs in 2 parts, once uncrated.

- Sometimes it is possible to arrange a white glove delivery on special request, but during COVID-19 all our partners are not offering any inside delivery services.

-The wrong parts were sent to you as new staff was in training, and we sincerely apologized for this. The correct parts were sent overnight to you.

-Soot is expected on any media placed in a fire. The taller the media the more surface area for sooting to catch on. We sell a lot of these logset combinations, and your soot issue seemed greater than normal based on your feedback. We checked with all our local suppliers to identify the root of the problem. We also contacted the factory, Warming Trends Cross Fire (manufacturer of the burner) and they identified this problem as related to the additives in the gas that the gas manufacturer puts in. Our best solution was that we provided a return label for the logset, and it was refunded.

We are sorry you are unable to enjoy the firepit with the logset accessory, as the quality of gas the end user gets is beyond our control.

We are very pleased with our Dreamcast fireplace mantle and surround installed in our recent renovation. The styles and colours available included a very good match to what we wanted. Since our installation had to fit up to existing brickwork a representative visited our home and verified all dimensions so there were no fit-up issues on installation. The installation only took a couple hours and the installers were very professional. They took special care to protect our hardwood floors from any damage and did a thorough clean-up when they were done.
