Otto and his team with Dream Home Builders & Remodelers are one of the rare finds. I’m the daughter of a builder (not located in the same city) and am very picky about finding a true craftsman with quality work and attention to detail. Otto met the requirement! They did about 5 projects total for us, see below for more: -Converted our hot back patio into a beautiful covered and screened porch with a stone gas log fireplace, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting. We now enjoy our outside space versus baking in the summer sun! This including crown molding details both inside and outside that matched our current aesthetic -Created a ‘moms attic’ in our garage for storage and re-insulated our garage ceiling for better temperature control in our finished room above the garage -Converted our downstairs half bath into a guest bath with custom tile shower -Created and installed a 14’ custom shaker desk unit for 2 (hybrid work) and a shaker desk and window bench for our daughters room -Replaced our old single front door and transoms with a beautiful custom oversized double mahogany front door with Flemish glass. They also turned some circa 2000 round structural columns into square columns with trim work that matched the style of our home And lastly, they were CLEAN! This is a HUGE benefit if you are in the market for a builder. Every day his crews tidied up after themselves and never left a mess. We will definitely use Otto for more projects in the future!

I have used the Dream Home Builders and Remodelers and this time around they remodeled our bathroom and kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the friendly and very helpful customer service that we received from them. Always there to listen to our ideas and work with our suggestions. Help us with the design and we were pleased about that and showed us the care for every detail. Incredibly friendly and professional and made the work looks easy. Very professional and efficient as well. They were easy to work with especially since the communication was smooth. The cost was very reasonable and very worth it with the kind service provided. Other than some minor finishing touches that could have been done better, I am overall very satisfied with the workmanship. Their commitment to the job was amazing and the scope and quality were second to none and could only be achieved through the quality of the people working for them. Would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Dream Home Builders and Remodelers to build a detached 3 car garage with an in-law suite in my backyard. The garage was built to my design but I was able to give my specs to his engineer to create drawings to be accepted by the city. It was a very easy process. All of my contact with Otto was through email and phone calls for the first two months of the build, and I didn't meet him face to face until we were half way done with the project. It took a high level of trust with him and his crew to be able to do this. The crew showed up on time everyday and thoroughly cleaned the job site each day before they left. Dream Home was easy to get a hold of via email or phone and we had an open line of communication for the entire project. They had no trouble making some small changes to the electrical and HVAC in the middle of the building process. All it took was an email stating what I wanted and by the next day it was taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to Dream Home for my next big home project.
