Met with Steve today to begin planning a bathroom remodel. I had high hopes based on the other reviews. However, I was very disappointed. It was very clear that they did not want our business unless we had a $50,000 budget to start. Instead of discussing what could be done with our considerable (but lower) budget, Steve continually encouraged us to speak to other contractors. He also said that they charge $500 to come out to take measurements of the existing bathroom. We will take Steve’s advice and look elsewhere.

I recently asked DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen's Steve Betts to come to my house and tell me what to do about fixing a horrible remodel I had done by another contractor. He spent over an hour with me, no charge, and was so knowledgeable about his craft. This was the only company that could give me an accurate, knowledgeable quote using contemporary materials 4 other contractors knew nothing about. I would use this company and highly recommend it.

DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen in Amarillo was recommended to me by a business partner who had previously used them for her own kitchen remodel. My wife and I met with DreamMakers several times to discuss possibilities. We were impressed with their knowledge and experience, and they assured us that they could complete the job we wanted in a timely manner and give us the kitchen we wanted. It was obvious to us that their goal was to make us happy and give us the kitchen we wanted. We entered into a contract with DreamMakers and undertook a major renovation of our kitchen. They removed a wall between the kitchen and the formal dining room and raised the ceiling in both rooms from 8' to 9'. They stripped the kitchen down to the studs and rafters and redesigned the entire layout of the kitchen. We added numerous lights, a pantry, in-floor heating, an island, new appliances, and new cabinets. The results are stunning and we are proud to show this room to our family and friends. My wife and I have always had a hard time agreeing on style, design, and and color. We had a very hard time making decisions on the kitchen design and on most of the decisions that had to be made during this remodel. The people at DreamMaker were very patient with us and helped us make these decisions. They were also understanding and patient when we made changes and additions to the original design. Their estimates on time and cost were accurate, although our changes in the middle of the project added time to the overall job. The workmen who did the renovation are true craftsmen who take pride in the quality of their work. At some point in the construction, I visited with each of the people who did the various aspects of the job. Every one of them was friendly and helpful when I asked them questions. They shared tips and tricks on how to do certain things since I like to remodel some things myself. They separated the construction area from the rest of the house, protected our furniture and flooring, and kept the dust confined to the smallest possible space, They also kept the dust to a minimum. One thing that impressed me was that they cleaned up after themselves every day. At first I was uncomfortable with leaving strangers in our house when one of us could not be there, but I soon grew to trust them and did not worry about security. My wife & I are extremely happy with the services and products that DreamMaker provided. It was a pleasure to work with DreamMaker and I highly recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen and the professionals who work with them. I intend to use them on an additional project this year.

We hired DreamMaker to do a total remodel of our kitchen. They were absolutely wonderful! We had been dreading the long process of living with a mess, no kitchen, etc. Everyone at DreamMaker made this process so easy. They stayed within our budget, so we had no extra $$ surprises. The workers always cleaned up any messes before they left each day. Any problems/questions we had were immediately addressed--their comment was, "we won't have any unhappy customer". We did not feel inconvienced at all--everyone was so professional and extremely nice. They actually finished much earlier than we had anticipated. What a nice surprise!
