AC Flooring

We have had nothing but issues from when we picked flooring and questioned if we should be actually going with laminate (they assured us it was the right choice, now after doing research of my own - I believe LVP would of been a much better choice for our home). Installation was a nightmare but they don’t want to take any of the blame from that as it was contracted out - even though they recommended the contractor to us. Have had nothing but issues with our flooring that they keep trying to blame us for. Had someone from the flooring manufacturer come out and take a look (first time didn’t show, next time was here less than 5 mins and did his report before we had sent him pictures of what he asked us to take pictures of). I have called and talked to the owner a few times. Last time was in March where he assured me, he would get back to me and we would find a way to make us satisfied with our flooring and purchase. I’m still awaiting the call back, it’s almost July. Long story short, with as many flooring places in our city. I would go elsewhere and wish we would have. Don’t get the runaround from this company that would rather try and pass the blame.

We had AC Flooring replace 1,100 sq ft of Hardwood & lovely new rugs in our MBR, hallway & closet this summer. Great - "the best" workmanship in removing the old flooring, re-installing new - with no damage to cabinets, appliances [which they carefully moved}, baseboards, etc!! Great selection of new flooring. Best installers in town - great guys!! OUR NEW HARDWOOD & PLUSH RUGS ALL LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW!!! We love it. Thanks Duane, Gary & Hilda Johnson
