I can't say enough good things about Dreamvest and especially Perry. Our project was a major renovation on an older home that included a new kitchen, two bathrooms, relocating the laundry room, relocating the master, re configuring closets, new doors and redoing the deck. We interviewed multiple contractors for the job but glad we choose Dreamvest. From the initial interview to the final sign off, Perry and his team were very professional and responsive. We were presented with an initial plan that included drawings, costs and timeline. The project was completed according to the plan with no surprises along the way. Perry kept us informed of progress and was able to accommodate some last minute changes without impacting final budget. We moved in to the newly renovated home early November and are extremely happy with our new home. We do have some additional exterior work planned and are hoping that Dreamvest will be available for that job.

The dreamvest crew was friendly and respectful of us and our home. Perry always responded promptly to our calls and emails. When there was an issue with a vendor, they quickly rectified the situation.

We hired Dreamvest to do a kitchen remodel. It was our first experience with remodeling, and Perry and his team made the process much less overwhelming. They are detail oriented and will resolve any concerns you have without complaint. For example, one day during the summer, something quirky happened during some electrical work that blew out our thermostat--Perry drove out to our house at rush hour, stayed there until late in the evening, and probably would have stayed the night, to make sure he didn't leave us without working AC for the evening. There were times that I wanted to cut corners to make everyone's lives easier, but Perry would always convince us to do it the right way. And for that, we are truly grateful, because our kitchen looks great! Whether they like it or not, Perry and his team have definitely become part of our family; indeed, we are already excited for them to start working on our next renovations!

We interviewed many different contractors prior to choosing Perry at Dreamvest Construction. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with from day 1. We did a complete remodel and finishing of our basement. Perry lended his expertise and advised appropriately. He let us design but would steer us when we needed help. We could not be happier with the finished project. Did the project go flawless? No we are all human, however Perry was always responsive and always took care of any concerns to our satisfaction. He was very honest, his communication with us was great and we always knew what was going on from day to day. We always knew who to expect to be at our house on any given day. He always answered our questions and was responsive to our calls. He was wonderful to work with all the way through. I would recommend Perry and Dreamvest construction for any project!

Without reservation I highly recommend DreamVest construction. Working with Perry and his crew was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. They became part of our family and I actually hated to see them finish our job. I initially contracted with Perry to update/remodel our kitchen, master bathroom and to refinish/install hardwood floors throughout our home. Perry worked within our budget, completed tasks timely, provided stellar workmanship and was always patient and willing to tackle new projects as I requested them. I would never work with any other company. I trust Perry and his crew implicitly and have already begun my next “Perry to-do” list!

One of the greatest challenges for homeowners & especially investors are dealing with "unknown" or 1st time doing business with Contractors. Since then, we hired them for the +$110K full rehab project and I with true honesty, sincerity, and integrity; I can say, I have NEVER WORKED with anyone as wonderfully knowledgeable, personable, and professional as DreamVest Team. I am extremely detail oriented, high integrity & ethical; and I require all of the above in business as well. DreamVest delivered and exceeded all of my expectations and provided constant updates; transparency; collaboration via construction app; etc. Perry at DreamVest and his team is worth their weight in gold and I plan to use them for every project in the Atlanta and surrounding areas that they service!! I took on my first ever house renovation project and wanted a partner/contractor that I could trust. Dreamvest Construction came very highly recommended to me and boy did they ever deliver. My contractor along with the rest of the team did a phenomenal job in making the project very affordable to me without compromising quality. They were patient in educating me throughout the process and ensuring I was making good decisions. More importantly we had fun along the way. Great quality, knowledge and fun. The end product is gorgeous! They made what was a stressful project into a very manageable experience.
