Dynamic Environments (John Hackett, owner), was recommended to us by friends. From the initial meeting, it was clear that John was the person we were going to hire. He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and knew exactly what needed to be done with our out-of-code 60-year-old pool nestled in our yard beset by troublesome drainage issues. He provided an honest assessment of the situation, and the solutions to fix it all. He has decades of experience and knows how to troubleshoot in a way that is second to none. He and his son Alex provided very thorough design plans and were receptive and accommodating to any changes we requested. From start to finish, once permits were approved, John and his crew were off and running on our multi-month project. The line of communication with John and Alex was ALWAYS timely and thorough, and they were with us every step of the way.
