Eastridge Construction

I employed Eastridge Construction to upgrade my cooktop exhaust capacity and could not have been happier with the professionalism and work quality put forth. The professionalism came forth from the onset, as Eastridge provided great counsel in vetting the selection and installation method (…internal or external exhaust) of a convertible range hood. The project scope involved: a) Procurement of a KitchenAid 30” Convertible Range Hood and applicable Wellborn cabinetry trim\moldings; b) Removal of over-range microwave and cabinetry; b) Cabinetry finishing work to polish the resulting cabinetry void; c) Drywall patching and painting to kitchen color; d) Intricate tile work to extend existing backsplash up to new range hood height; e) Installation of convertible range hood and to-ceiling exhaust chimney. The work was meticulous performed, specifically the cabinetry finishing (…which gave me angst in considering the project). Acknowledging this was a multi-day project, the worksite was left clean each evening.

Better than expected! A very fair price with work, advice and an end product that exceeded our expectations. We will use them for any and all future projects like the master bathroom, basement and maybe a deck...

Don Champa of Eastridge Construction is a consummate professional. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom and he gave us a stunning bathroom -- on budget and on time. He was very easy to work with: he arrives when he says he will, he placed protective covering on the carpeting, he was always available via text or phone if we had questions, etc. I appreciated his opinions about our remodel as far as resale value (since he also builds brand new homes). He gutted the bathroom and removed everything down to the studs. He installed new tile, electric, plumbing, granite counter tops and cabinetry. He is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. By far, Don is the best contractor I've ever worked with and we are already planning our next project with him!

Don and his team did an excellent job in the remodeling of my art gallery space. I had an extremely tight timeline and Don pushed hard to get me in on time so that I could be open for an art festival weekend in town. Thanks to Don and his team for his hard work and beautiful end result.

Eastridge Construction did a very nice job installing hard wood floors in our upstairs. They worked very hard and cleaned up and moved furniture and did it very timely. We would definitely use their services for other remodeling work based on this experience.

I had a family room, bedroom and bath put in my basement. They did 100% of the work. Everything was done as described and on time. Very professional and a job well done. I am using them again in the next week to build a deck.

We had a basement rough framed (about 750 sq. ft.) by Eastridge Construction. I have known the owner Don, for 3-4 years and received a reasonable estimate. I had seen some of his other basement finishing jobs and was impressed with the work. He took the time to explain the details, no matter how minute they seemed. He didn't assume because we knew each other, that we were "buddies", rather made sure the entire process, from plans, to estimate, to work completed, was professional. I have finished 2 basements in my past (small jobs) but never something of this size and he walked through each step to make sure my wife and I were on the same page as he was. The job was started with the delivery of materials right on time. His framing crew was prompt at 7am to begin right on schedule. He texted me a few times during the process with any questions, and they were completed in 1 1/2 days. Basement framed - and all materials cleaned up. Besides a framed basement (and a tiny amount of residual sawdust) you would never know they were there. I have estimates from Eastridge to finish the job (electrical / plumbing / HVAC), just waiting to see how we like the space and save up some $. Would definitely recommend to other with this type of job.

We had a great time working with Don on remodeling our kitchen. He made the whole process very simple and enjoyable from the beginning to the very end. Don's communication skills and professionalism are among the best in the business. He and his crew are very experienced, professional, courteous, prompt and on numerous occasions went above and beyond what was expected. It took less than a week for actual work to be completed. Special "thank you" for that, as we have a baby on the way and had little time to spare. We are very detail oriented and picky, yet Don's team met and exceeded our expectation on every front! Strongly recommend without any hesitation whatsoever! The kitchen turned out awesome! We are very happy!

Don was recommended to me from a friend to build a home on a piece of property that I have ,, a vision that ended up not coming to reality for personal reasons, but Don was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond what any builder or any vendor for that matter, ever did ,, ever. He is so professional, yet very personable, knowledgeable, and just a genuine all around good guy. While his knowledge and experience was obviously very important, who is he mattered even more to me. This is a person that you are going to be working with for a while and you are putting your dreams in his hands, you better like, trust and respect this person. He fit the bill for me in every category. He works with you to meet the hopes and needs of your design in every way ,, including price. He will tell you up front how your project will go, works with you along the way providing suggestions and solid information so you can make informed decisions along the way, he is very thorough and timely in his work habit ,, and regardless of how you contact him during your project whether it be via phone, text or email ,,, you always get a timely if not immediate response from him. I bought a piece of property that had a lot of red tape attached to it that made both the purchase and build part of it very challenging. This required A LOT and continued contact throughout the project with both county and township folks to make this build even possible. Don stepped in and got that done. Don's years of experience and knowing the right path and folks to deal with made the whole process happen. Don even came out to my property during it's purchase phase to give his recommendation about it. When it came time to start picking things out for my project, he always made suggestions of places to go look, as well as making suggestions of what to look for specifically directed to keeping me in line with my budget. Don is such a pleasure to work with. I'm sad that my own personal situation did not allow me to work with him to a completed product ,, but it was an honor and pleasure to work with him for the time that I did.

Eastridge Construction did a wonderful job on our deck. It was a large project that included a roof and was completed on time and on budget. Eastridge Construction provided us with a good written estimate as well as answered all of our questions the first time with actuate answers. At the end of the day they did what they said they would do. We are very happy with the work they did and will have them back on future projects at our home.
