Eric Wilson - Renovation & Remodeling LLC

We did complete remodelings of the kitchen and small (kids) bathroom with Eric and his team, from the studs up, with new flooring, wall-work, new masonry work, so a large project for the kitchen, and complete remodeling for the bathroom. We are very happy with the results, and also happy how Eric worked with us to help us with the design, not having hired an architect or anything. One picture is attached, but doesn't do it full justice without the "before" picture. To make some things clear: Eric is not a corporate contractor, does not have a big firm, and thus works with one other guy (Juan), who is very good himself, and at times a second guy. Therefore, he can be somewhat slower than a big corporate firm, but in the end you can trust that the work will be the way you want it, and Eric will work with you until you are satisfied. He is not pushy with the money either, and after having done our homework (going all the way from full designer-corporate to the cheapest option), Eric came towards the lower end, so I think a fair price. Eric has a quirky sense of humor that I personally appreciated and could relate to, and there was a sense of care that I'm not sure one can get with other contractors. One does need to pay attention and work with Eric to ensure that things are as they should and avoid delays down the road or re-dos, but honestly if you are embarking on a big project and you're not involved at all you are asking for trouble at the end anyway, whichever the contractor. To top it off, Eric is a pretty good carpenter too, so he helped design and build some custom cabinetry to go along with our Thomasville new cabinets in leftover awkward angles and nooks, and they came out very nicely, seamlessly combining with the store-bought cabinets. Eric and his team were always considerate and clean, we were happy to trust them to come into our house and give them keys, etc. Evidently, we were happy enough to contract him for the small bathroom (pics upon request), and we are thinking of doing our master bathroom with him as well. Overall, highly recommended!

We hired Eric to finish our basement and add a full bathroom as well. Extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, integrity and work ethic. Eric worked with us every step of the way right from projection inception to completion and advised on design, choice of materials and the construction process itself. His workmanship is superb with exquisite attention to detail. He is a great listener as well and does not enforce his own opinion but finds a happy medium. Eric did remodeling of our kitchen and bathroom in a Cambridge townhouse. The kitchen was a close to a total redo - including cupboards, new countertops, tiles etc. He also installed a gas fireplace. We were very happy with the results. Eric and his crew worked fast and it was done within a bit more than a month. We rehired him for a bathroom tiling job which they did very well and fast too.

Eric converted a small bedroom into a stunning master bathroom and renovated a separate smaller bathroom for us. The quality of his work is superb and we are so pleased with the results. We really enjoy working with Eric - he is smart and a real problem solver, articulate and responsive, incredibly good-natured and a diligent worker. You have to give very high points to someone who shows up every day, works through any unexpected issues, communicates clearly and ultimately produces a great product.
