Elite Empire has completed several construction projects for us and every single one has turned out beautifully! Beginning with our small bathroom remodel, Mike helped us design the best use of space and connected us with supplies that are gorgeous. Made my small, dated bathroom a beautiful and elegant room!!! Mike and Keaton are so conscientious! Very professional and neat Much Appreciated!! Our next project was to upgrade our patio. We added a large covered area, concrete patio, gas fire pit, paved a driveway and added a pickleball court! Not only does Elite handle all the pretty, cosmetic projects, he oversaw the relocation of our septic system! Not very glamourous, but so important to the overall job! We worked again with Elite & Mike and Stephanie at Sarro Design to remodel our living room from a basic 70's boring room to a luxurious craftsman style cozy room. So many beautiful details and every one was completed to perfection. Its my favorite room in our home. I can't say enough about the quality we received working with Mike/Elite Empire!

After receiving numerous bids and talking to many contractors, we hired Elite Empire Construction to do the remodel on my daughters bedroom/bathroom suite. After observing Mike in action, and the final result. We immediately hired him once again to completely remodel our Hayden Ranch Home. We talked about what we envisioned. Mike listened, offered some thoughts, knowing what we liked from the previous remodel, tweaked the idea a little more and we agreed. Having watched Mike on the previous job, I was confident he knew what we wanted and what to do. We gave Mike complete Creative License, from design to deciding on fixtures, accents and finishes; he did it all! What he delivered far exceeded what we could have dreamed! Things to Note First off, he does all the work himself. He only works with the best and most reliable, Glass, Stone, Cabinet and Milling Companies in Town. His craftsman level quality and attention to detail is nothing short of Master Class. The saying; "If you want something done Right (or the Best Quality),Do it yourself". This addage does not apply to Mike. He delivered higher quality work, better detail, from the studs to the paint and finish, Than others offered or could have achieved. He is meticulous from start to finish! Second, He is very transparent with the job scope and timeline. He doesnt make promises he can't keep or deadlines he can't meet. An estimate is what he offers, give or take. He doesnt rush anything, or short the details. If its not right he will keep massaging it till it is. The job takes as long as it takes to do it right. Last, Mike is not Cheap, his bids are on the high side of other bids you'll get. Until you see what you get, High level of Craftsmanship, Better Quality of Materials, Hands on, detail oriented dedication and most importantly, Professional Ownership in his work. HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I would not trust any other contractor to remodel my home. Point in Fact, I asked him, as a favor, to do the Tenant Improvement buildouts on both of our business locations, and later a master bath remodel on a second home that suffered a catestrophic DIY, from the previous owner. He has never disappointed! To those prospective customers. What you should take away from this. 1. If you are looking to do a job on the cheap, want the job done now, and you're not interested in getting best quality materials or workmanship for your job; Elite Empire Construction is probably not for you. 2. Elite Empire just completed a remodel of about 70% our home. We had our full kitchen replaced with beautiful cabinets, granite counter tops, backsplash, tile flooring, carpet, walls repaired and painted. I am very pleased with the quality of work they put into making our house into a beautiful custom home. Mike was very easy to work with, he was patient and thorough with me during the planning process explaining and showing me all of the products we could use. He expanded on my ideas so the finished product is even better than I could ever have imagined. Through the whole remodel process he was polite and respectful, he worked very clean and organized. He let us know what to expect every step of the way. I could definitely tell he is passionate about his work. Elite Empire Construction is hands down the best kitchen and bathroom remodeling service provider in Spokane. Mike shoots straight and is incredibly honest. Mike Botai designed and constructed our steam room. He is meticulous about the details at every step of the project. Mike kept in constant contact with us throughout the project, in terms of both expectations and any issues that might arise. The steam shower was an awesome update to our master bath.
