Redevine redefines homes through 2D drafting and 3D renderings. Redevine is an architectural drafter specializing in remodel renderings. Redevine enables homeowners to feel confidence in their design selections before a single hammer is swung. Redevine uses purchasable items in their renderings, so whether you want to DIY or handover to a contractor, you will be ready to turn your rendering into reality! Our Process: 1. Existing Photos & Measurements -We will need existing photos of the space being rendered. -Ideally, we would like measurements of the rooms being rendered. We will guide you through the particular measurements needed. We can provide renderings without measurements, however we will not be able to ensure an accurate spreadsheet which provides the items rendered and their prices. 2. Design Consultation -This is the time where we get to know your design ideas. You can spam us with photos of your likes/dislikes. We will also do surveys, pinterest boards, and other collaborations depending on our clients wishes. -Redevine will provide feedback and initial design options to make sure we are on the same page. 3. Rendering & Revisions -Redevine will create computer magic to create your renderings! -We will provide enough viewpoints to show all major design elements in your space. -We strive to finalize our renderings at the design consultation stage. However, we get clients may want to see additional design options. We will gladly provide a set of revisions to get your renderings perfected. -Once the renderings are finalized, we will provide them in digital format for your use. 4. Deliverables -In addition to renderings, we provided 2D drawings to streamline construction. -We will also include the spreadsheet of materials and items used in the rendering. The spreadsheet will include where to purchase the item, the price, and the quantity. Our Story: Hi there! My name is Elisa DeVita, the sole owner and operator of Redevine. I started Redevine to combine my three passions: residential design, engineering, and real estate. Redevine allows me to explore my creativity with residential design, engineer the drafting & rendering production, and utilize my services to aid the resale value of homes.
