Worked with Sherri on two prior projects and was very well satisfied. Not the case this year, unfortunately. I worked directly with the owner who provided little in the way of creative storage solutions for my closet. Furthermore, the estimate for the project, after seeing it in my home and sketching it on her planning pad, was almost half of the total estimate when the final cost was determined. I understand being off by a little, but not off by so much. That shows a lack of experience with their products, or an attempt to profit off someone who they think has unlimited resources. I will not use this company again.

Called this company that installed closets in my house, after the closet fell off of the wall, only to hear from them that I was lying and they never installed them. They then come to my house to fix the closet and say that they will not patch the holes because they are too big even after they said on the phone that they would. This company is terrible and I would never use them again. Also, the workers are very rude and arrogant. Would never deal with this company again

After assessing my wardrobe , Sherri created a custom design for my master closet that perfectly addressed my needs. I was so very pleased with the installation process and of course, the end result.

After purchasing our 16-year old home, we were faced with closets that, for the most part, had the original builder's one-shelf/one clothes rod configuration. With Ellyn and Sherri's design talents, Chuck's project management, Todd and Justin's installation skills, and Julie's administrative assistance, those closets have been transformed into magnificent storage spaces meeting and actually exceeding our needs and expectations. In addition, they installed a shower door in the master bath immediately changing the appearance and functionality of that main shower stall. You cannot find a better team to work with and you will never cease to be amazed at the end result. My experience with Creative Closets was excellent. From the design to the installation - all was handled with great care. The two young men who installed the closet were conscientious and a pleasure to have working in my home and I enjoyed their conversation with me while they were working. Even my husband, who didn't really see the need for 'fancy' designed bedroom closets, is enjoying the organization immensely!

Ellyn has designed and built large walk-in closets with dressing areas for me in two homes. In both cases, I have mentally thanked her every day as I get dressed. The closets fit my needs and are beautifully constructed. She and her staff bring creativity to the project, and skill and resourcefulness to ironing out problems, and they are not satisfied until the job is done right. Because of her experience, she has encouraged me to consider adding features that I did not think were necessary and now I cannot live without them. I feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to work with her and her staff.

I called Creative Closets and they immediately made an appt. with Sherry to come out and assess. Her experience was evident with her litany of questions, her inventory of my clothing and a real understanding of my needs. Within and hour she had a game plan for customizing my disaster into an organized space: that was with my existing closet! THEN I sprung on her the idea to turn my husbands existing closet(a series of armoires) into a walk in closet. She gave me several scenarios and said "let me work on this at my office on my CAD program". She returned the next week with a computer drawing of a designed walk in closet utilizing space while dealing with all of the obstacles of the room ie. existing heating system, electrical outlets, windows and everything else an architect would have considered. Then, using my husbands clothing inventory, she created the inside of the closet and even included a drawer with a ironing board...knowing he touched up everything he wears! Sherri then worked with my contractor to ensure proper measurements and kept in touch with the work in progress. The scheduled days of installation were precise and the installers were seasoned!! They dealt with any unforeseen problems and did their job diligently. I LOVE MY CLOSETS!! Then Sherri returned to make sure the job was complete as promised and that I was totally satisfied. I will highly recommend Creative Closets to anyone...they have it "going on!" Thank You, tm

Sherri the designer was very good and professional. I liked her ideas. The intaller Todd was very friendly and professional as well. I am very happy with the work they have done...the quality is excellent...they cleaned up any mess (which there wasn't even any)...and they have been a real pleasure to work with.
