I have now used Emcon for two major projects (window replacement and an addition of a master suite)on my house, and I have nothing but praise for them. Although my second project, an addition, had numerous delays, most of those delay causes were circumstances out of their control (weather, supply shortage, etc.). All of the workers were polite, skilled, and always cleaned up any mess by the end of the day. The finishing work was excellent, and the project manager, Dave, was so helpful and reassuring. Thanks, Emcon!

Eric & Jamie Munson met with us to discuss our entry remodel project. Due to a very tight budget, I asked that they recycle much of the oak from the demo. The crew was prompt, friendly and hardworking. My vision was interpreted perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted and was completed earlier than I expected. The crew left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Emcon, Inc for large or small projects.

If we could give a zero, we would. We have built 4 homes, so we have experience with building a home. Nearly everything went wrong with this build. Eric Munson is not to be trusted. We fired him him half way thru, and dealt only with his wife Jamie from then on. We would never, ever recommend this builder.

We contracted Emcon as a general contractor for our heating/cooling and cement. Eric was nice, however anytime we asked for a schedule on when contractors were going to work we never received one they just showed up whenever. When we had issues with a contractor Eric always defended the contractor and never would come and look at the situation. Example we had an issue with our basement cement and he said it was an impact issue that is not covered but his cement contractor promised he would fix it and Eric said how he just loved the cement guy for doing this even though it was not a warranty, however we made it clear that it was pointed out to the cement contractor immediately and it was not an impact issue. Needless to say the cement contractor never fixed the issue The plumbers were nice but again they would just show up whenever and work maybe two or four hours once or twice a week which delayed us getting done for over three months on a project that should have taken probably two weeks, they rushed to get our job done and errors were made so now we are nervous about what other issues will pop up that we don’t see now. Also still missing one electrical item that is on the invoice but probably will never get it. Would I recommend Emcon, No, they are disorganized and need to figure out scheduling and treat their customers better it’s the customer who pays and refers other people. Eric never showed up during the construction to over see that the plumbers/heating and cement contractors were getting their jobs done right, this is why we hired Emcon instead we were constantly calling and emailing to see when and if work was being done

In a year of incredible challenges Eric Munson and emcon inc came through for us like a beaming ray of hope . After a flood nearly destroyed our six generation sanctuary we knew we had the right team for the job of restoration when Eric walked in and passionately asked everything we knew about the place. He was curious and intrigued about what the architect had been thinking in his design and he had a ton of ideas of what could've done. He reminds me of a doctor for a sick house who is ready to give his all for his ,"patient". He is creative and cost conscious in his thinking and understanding in his support through the process. His team was equally professional and excellent in their communication skills. I happily and confidently recommend Emcon and Eric Munson to everyone.

I've used this company 3 times now over a 2 year period. The first time was when I moved here and needed a new roof. The next two times was for bathroom remodeling. Very dependable, quality work. and decent price. I will be calling them again if I need anymore remodeling. Eric knows his business and is easy to work with.

Their quality of work is awesome and great company. Always on time and very dependable. I would recommend them for any project.

Very professional work, Excellent customer care. Especially pleased with the courtesy and consideration of the workers. They are very busy, so we waited a long time for them to come initially. Also weren't quick to return our calls. Still waiting for a few wrap-up jobs. In all, we were very pleased. Would certainly call them again for another job, and recommend them to others.

Projects were performed promptly and professionally. Eric and co-workers were approachable and took the time to listen and follow through. We are happy with the quality and aesthetics of our project. We have and will continue to recommend them to others.

I hired Emcon and could not be happier with the process and the results. From Eric coming out and doing a thorough assessment of the project, to submitting a comprehensive quote that he lived by, to the crew that did the work- ALL OUTSTANDING. The project was done in the timeline proposed and the crew was professional and thorough and cleaned up the site after the work was done. This was a window replacement project in a log home so they had to be exact with no margin for error. I highly recommend Eric and his team.

Pleasant, professional, fair and honest. Used creative skills to innovate in problem area. Did not cause unnecessarily delays in completing the job and called in extra help to keep on schedule when things slowed down. Results were as I expected and crew was friendly and clean.
