There are not enough stars in this rating to rate this Contractor. The customer service is off the chart. I needed a rehab and build out on a new lease of a office. It was imperative that I get the office remodeled and open within a week. I decided to go with Eram builder because they were in my strict budget and so affordable! Houman Emami was always in constant communication and kept me updated on the progress of the work and what was to be accomplished each day. The first day was just magical I was so impressed on how fast the remodel was going. He was very attentive to make sure that everything was done to my specifications. He completed the project right on schedule and made sure I could open on time. I have the beautiful office of my dreams and with in my budget. I will never have to look for another contractor. I have found the one to work with for life. I have recommended him to all my colleagues and friends. Even my landlord decided to use him for some repair works that had to be done. If you want quality professional work done I recommend Eram Builder.

We worked with Eram Builders for our bathroom and kitchen remodeling in 2018. The owner, Hooman, is very nice, experienced and dependable. He explained the timeline to us very well and finished the project on time. He made sure there was the least amount of disruption since we have 3 little kids. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work, craftsmanship and cleanness. He also knows many reliable and reasonable vendors and was able to save us a lot of money which is always great. He shared his great ideas with us and we were able to improve our original plan based on his input. We look forward to working with Eram Builders on all our upcoming projects.

I needed a contractor to come and finish up unfinished work on our bathroom from a previous contractor as well as quote us on a whole kitchen remodel that involved removing a wall. Eram Builders came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine so I reached out. Houman and Amir both came out promptly. After discussing with me, they came back a few days later with a detailed scope of work needed as well as the costs involved. After the work started and the wall was opened up, we found out the wall was both a load-bearing and sheer wall. Houman very responsive to all my inquiries about the new additional that was needed. In addition to the wall removal permit, the city required that we have engineers come and draw up the blueprints as well as strengthen up the side walls. Houman took care of all of this for me, he had engineers come draw up the plans and he took them back to the city to get approval. The only delay from the project came from waiting for the city to respond to the permit. However, once those were approved, Houman was already prepared with all the materials needed and was able to get back to work immediately. Houman and Amir were both on time every morning and worked tirelessly to help keep the renovation on schedule. I really appreciated the level of communication I had with Eram builders and the honesty about the work and costs involved. He was even able to work directly with our cabinet suppliers to make sure they had all the information they needed so that I wouldn't need to be a middle man and even came to check up on them when I wasn't home to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was very hands off for me but yet I had a clear understanding of where the project was at all time. I can't speak enough to their level of customer service and also the quality of their work. We're in love with our renovated kitchen and Eram Builder has our trust and confidence for all our renovation projects in the future.

Eram Builders did complete design of our pergola and built a new deck in our backyard. We are really happy with the outcome and we much appreciate the work they completed in a timely manner. They made amazing attention to detail and they were incredibly responsive. We will definitely use Eram Builders again, and we recommend their services to everyone without hesitation. We knew Houman's team through our real estate agent. We were desperate for a contractor who delivers on time, and give us realistic promises. We bought a new house which needed some work.He was responsible for multiple projects in our house: carpet removal and hardwood floor installation, complete remodeling and Installation of kitchen( cabinets, plumbing, electrical, counter top). He also remodeled our bathroom and painted the house. Houman had a team, but he was available and involved at every step. They were very efficient and responsive during the process. His team cleaned up after their work so they helped keeping the mess to a minimum. He definitely is one of the best people to work with, highly recommended.
