Everett Custom Homes® is a Charlotte-area custom home builder specializing in luxury custom homes, whole-home renovations, and additions. Since 2006, founder Eric Brown has taken a hands-on approach to building distinctive homes with a focus on craftsmanship, communication, transparency, and long-term quality. We build on our clients' lots throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities, with much of our work concentrated in Weddington, Myers Park, SouthPark, Marvin, Waxhaw, South Charlotte, and the Lake Wylie area. Every project is personal. We work closely with trusted architects and interior designers—or collaborate with a client's existing design team—to coordinate the process from early planning and budgeting through construction and final completion. Our work ranges from ground-up luxury custom homes to major renovations and additions in established Charlotte neighborhoods. Regardless of the project, our philosophy remains the same: every detail matters, client relationships come first, homes should feel personal, and what we build today should still make sense generations from now.
