Inspire Kitchen and Bath Design

We did a major bathroom renovation the end of 2020 with Erika and her Inspire design team. After several design meetings where we laid out our vision our project began. Erika controlled the entire scheduling process and was present on site when needed to make sure that work progressed. About three months after start of work our vision became a reality. Working with Inspire was well worth the extra cost, so much so that we used Erika and Inspire for a kitchen renovation the end of 2021. Erika knows her business and was a pleasure to work with. The kitchen of our ‘60’s raised ranch was showing its age, so we began searching for designers. Inspire Kitchen & Bath came highly recommended. Erika Couture is a certified Kitchen & Bath Design Professional and has a thorough grasp of the business, so we were confident that we’d get a great result. Erika spent a great deal of time helping us develop a budget, and made sure we had an understanding of how all the different aspects of kitchen cabinets, counters, flooring, appliances, lighting and countertops all fit together – it’s like a giant jigsaw puzzle! She made practical and up to date recommendations and also helped steer us clear of some classic newbie mistakes! Erika developed a computer model of our new kitchen. She and her team were really patient with us as we asked hundreds of questions, tweaked and adjusted different features, and kept updating the design until we were sure it would be perfect. Demolition of our old kitchen was just getting underway when the pandemic hit, and like the song says – the Waiting is the Hardest Part. We taped our computer printout to the bare wall and held our breath…but the final product was worth the wait! The kitchen is open and spacious. Although the square footage is exactly the same, it feels like we have far more room than before. The layout is both practical and beautiful. If you are looking for a designer and project manager, you won’t go wrong with Inspire. They are a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Kerrie on not just a kitchen and half bath remodel, but a refresh of our entire first floor - flooring, paint, lighting. She was unflappable and a delight to work with - listening to our ideas/preferences and offering advice based on her depth of experience and eye for detail. The quality of the crew was excellent, their work well-coordinated, and all a pleasure to have in our home (our dogs were especially sad to see them finish). There were a few unexpected bumps in the road, but the true test of a professional is how they meet those challenges, and Kerrie came thru with flying colors. We're very happy with how everything turned out.

It was really great working with Erika on a kitchen remodel, she made an overwhelming project into a much more manageable one by narrowing the choices to what we wanted. She listened carefully and suggested designs according to our preferences We are very happy with the results. She is very honest and reliable. Highly recommended!

Erika designed and supervised a new kitchen for our summer cottage. We asked for something functionally modern and laid out to provide maximum elbow room in a limited space. We also asked for something attractive that would blend in with our rustic 70 year old cottage. To complicate things further, the project had to be organized from a distance because I live in England most of the year, and then the final whammy came with Covid 19 restrictions at the time of installation. And Erika delivered! We met with Erika a couple of times in the summer of 2019 to discuss layout and requirements and to see samples in her showroom. After that everything was handled by email. Erika sourced materials, found appliances, supervised workmen ( a shout out to Rick Hamilton who did the carpentry) and kept us updated every step of the way. When travel restrictions miraculously let us travel to Vermont at the end of June 2020 we walked in to a perfect kitchen. It exceeded all our expectations and there was virtually no snag list - brilliant because we had to quarantine. I would hire Inspire again in a heartbeat.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Erika, Kerrie, and team. Our home remodel was extensive and complicated but Erika’s ideas, experience, and product knowledge made it all come together. We always felt like we could contact her anytime for advice and encouragement during our challenging project making a 1980 home look like a new build. We are completely pleased with the finished product and absolutely love our home!

This review is for inspire kitchen and Bath design. My husband and I had been talking about remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom for quite some time. The time came when we decided to go ahead and we started looking for designers/contractors. We called a few and ultimately without any reservations decided to go with inspire kitchen and bath design .We worked with Erika Couture which ended up being a great decision. Erika and Carrie had wonderful ideas they were always available to answer any questions. There attention to detail was so helpful. We were in contact with her every day throughout the whole process which was about eight weeks. Erika from inspire kitchen and Bath design took care of everything from start to finish ( kitchen remodel ,bath remodel and new flooring) My husband and I could not be happier with the end result my kitchen is more than I ever expected my bathroom is gorgeous .Erika delt with everything from picking out paint colors to helping us deal with some insurance issues due to water damage that occurred throughout the years. I will end by saying anybody thinking about doing any remodeling large or small I would highly recommend inspire kitchen and bath the whole team was so great to work with!! I can say I will miss seeing Erika.

I hired Erika to remodel two bathrooms -- both bathrooms were gutted, and then completely redone. And both were done on time as promised, and while I was away from the property. Right from the start, Erika produced computerized drawings that could be tweaked so it was relatively easy to visualize what was to be. She knows her products and has good relationships with local vendors. She takes the responsibility for ordering most of the product, and builds her fees into this. She had no issue if I purchased some items, either. Between the quality of the work done by her, her vetted contractors, and the quality of the products, my bathrooms have a wonderfully fresh and clean look. I'm extremely happy with the result. It wasn't cheap. But I do feel I got what I paid for. I would definitely use Erika again if I was going to do another remodel.
