Terrible delivery service and support .. "quick delivery" furniture ordered July 31 still not delivered as of Sept 26. Management not helpful at all... only promises for days in advance that are not followed up by EA. We have additional custom furniture on order and not confident in any expected dates. Furniture is nice, but for the price, I recommend considering other options. Issue seems to be with Ethan Allen and not only this location.

EA PTC is the best! I have worked with Judy Jensen and several other designers over the past 8 years. With Judy's help and patience I am creating a home filled with comfortable, stylish high quality furniture and the perfect home accessories. She really gets to know her clients and their lifestyles and develops a relationship with them. Also, if there is the slightest problem Sam and his staff make sure it is corrected.

Ordered entire bedroom set of furniture and also drapes to match the materials for the chairs. All items were beautiful and the delivery specialists were great when they brought the order. If you are in a hurry for your items, this may not be the store for you, but if you desire high quality craftsmanship and finer details but don't mind waiting for what you want, then I highly recommend Ethan Allen! Tressa was our representative and she was phenomenal. Worked well with us, matched our needs and had everything done right the first time.
