I am extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them 6 years ago to replace my roof. I read the reviews and thought I had made a good choice. Turns out I was wrong. In the last week I found multiple pieces of shingles off the corners of my roof and at least 3 entire shingles have blown off my house. Yes, it has been windy but multiple sheets of shingles says shoddy work to me. In addition to finding these shingles, I have rather significant water damage in my house. I called to ask about repairs and was told that labor only has a 1 year warranty and that I have to pay somebody to fix it myself. As far as the water damage goes, I was told to file an insurance claim. Not happy about that but I let them call their service guy. He called me on a Saturday while I was at work and gave me attitude that I wasn't home for him to do the repair right then. (Apparently both he and the company did not listen to my schedule when I told them). I told him that I had to work on Sunday and would be home until 11am. He said he would stop to inspect the roof before I left for work. He did not show up. No word from him until he texted me at 9:45 Sunday night. He then asked me to call him, which I did. I told him I had to work on Monday and leave by 9am. Again he said he would be there. He said that he would only charge me $150 if I paid cash or $175 if I had to write a check - which had to be written out to his wife. (That doesn't seem shady at all.... hmmmm.) He had to check with his "helper" so he couldn't tell me what time he would be there. I texted him an hour later with no answer. Fed up in the morning when he didn't arrive at my house before I had to leave for work, I texted him to tell him that since he didn't answer me so I could arrange to have somebody at my home, I could not authorize him to work on my house while I was gone. Again, no answer. He texted me an hour later saying was on his way. I called him to say that I couldn't permit that. He very rudely told me that he has a bigger job to do on Tuesday that is why he wanted to get my job out of the way. Unfortunately his behavior did not make me feel as if he would actually repair my roof. I called the company to tell them that I wanted a different repair person and was told that they didn't have any repair people who would come this far to do the jobs. (Funny though, I wasn't too far for them to take my money the first time.) So now I have to find somebody myself to repair the roof and the water damage in my home and pay for it all. Their work is subpar and their customer service is terrible. They obviously don't care about their customers or follow up. I had been considering using them for more projects but am now finding other contractors.
