Rob and his staff put in wood and carpet flooring in 3 of our rooms. He was professional,, knowledgeable about the products and process, and particularly helpful when we needed to make final choices. The office staff were also very helpful. The installers couldn't have been more courteous - this is a locally family owned and run business - we were very happy to support a local vendor.

Working with Rob was a delightful, stress-free experience. In addition to knowing his products, he has a great eye for color and we appreciated his recommendations. He sent us samples before we moved to FL so we could see how the selections would work with our furniture. The installation crew was polite, professional and neat. There are endless choices in every price range and Rob saved us a good amount of money vs. the builder upgrade selections, not to mention the end product was far more beautiful than I could have imagined. I can't say enough good things about working with Exclusive Carpet Collection.
