Im going to start that the flooring install looks good. But behind the good looks there is the experience which was not good. The Consultation went fair. The sales person used some pressure tatics and we felt rushed in our decision. He gave a brief summary of what the installation would be like, Demo, Install and clean up. He gets a 3 star. The installation was the nightmare. The installer was 3rd party and shared he was a sub contractor as the original contractor could not do the job and asked him for a favor. Red Flag. This person during the installation was very negative about Express and scared the daylights out of us because he made it feel like the demo work he needed to do would cause my estimate to inflate dramatically. There were some cracks in the foundation, which had been patched in a previous remodel. They were not bad and didn't need any grinding or extra work. The installer made it seem like were going to have lots of extra charges for this too. When Demoing another room the thinset used was pretty heavy on oneside, he made it out to be this horrible job and were gonna be charged for this removal. The installer did not have the proper tools to address this and had to push the demo out another day. The cracks resealed, again no major work, took the guy a total of 1 hour each room to fill. Thankfully this was not added to our bill as there were no major repairs. The next issue with this installer was the lack of sealing up vents and rooms. They used a thin plastic sheet and painters tape in erratic spots to hold up the plastic. This left gaps which the dust was able to penetrate, our vents were not covered and dust was through out the home. While I understand there would be some dust during demo, the sheer lack of sealing off vents and rooms left our home a nightmare to clean. The only thing covered well was my Television. All the other fixtures were loosely covered. Their clean up was to take a dirty rag and move the dust on the floor. They did some vacuuming but not enough to address the dust. We ended up spending hours a full day to Free our home of the dust. Express did have a QA guy come out to check after I raised my concerns. Again 3rd party, took some photos and left. I Don't know if that caused the Installer to change his tune but it was too late. Unfortunately the damage was done, I had no faith in the company, the installer, the process, etc. I couldn't stop the project, and demand a refund. I was bent over and put in a uncomfortable situation. The Installer ruined our experience and I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Bottom Line, Rushed and pressured sales, horrible contractor/installer. The price I paid this company doesn't justify the experience even though the flooring looks good. Customer gets a negative experience and the company gets paid. Be mindful when considering this organization.

We purchased new carpet and tile from Express Flooring. We're extremely pleased with how easy their process was. We've seen their TV commercials a million times so finding the phone number was easy. From there we scheduled a free in-home estimate. After making our selection our installation was scheduled for 2 days later. Although the job took 2 days longer than expected we were still very pleased with the outcome. Since our experience was mostly positive I have no issues with sharing this review. I suggest you give them a chance to earn your business too. I'm glad we did.

I purchased fiberglass flooring for my entire home. I was told this flooring was very tough, and would hold up to dogs and cats. This is the flooring recommended for animals. It was put in 2 months ago, and is tearing and ripping. There are small holes everywhere. If you move the furniture, it makes skid marks in the flooring. I would not recommend this type of flooring for animals.

Express did exactly as they advertise. They were fair in their pricing, Installed the flooring within 4 days of contacting them. They finished the work in one day and I was very pleased. The installers were very competent and respectful.

Used them once, they were good. Next time had CSR who quoted a high price and when I balked, he immediately cut it in half.

I was pretty happy with the overall work done. I was more happy about the level of professional and customer service I received though from the sales rep, contractors, and customer service. Pros: - Sales rep was available the next day after me calling - Work was suppose to begin the day after the meeting with the sales rep, see cons - To make up for the first day being cancelled, all work was done in just 3 days instead of the expected 5, actually truly amazing in my opinion for an entire house. - Again, customer service on all levels was awesome - Crews were very professional, friendly, and courteous - not to mention they worked their butts off for more than 10 hrs each day nearly non stop - They removed 2 old toilets and installed 2 new ones I had bought which was awesome and not expected but they did so anyway Cons: - First day of scheduled work was cancelled for an "emergency" by the original contractor (ended up not mattering in the end) - Tile and Laminate crew completed average work on the tile - Areas with laminate had the floor boards and door frames cut for it to slip underneath which was great, but the same was not done for the tile which is beyond me and if you're paying attention leaves the work looking like crap, but to their credit, its not something most people would even look for, request this be done on your project, I had assumed it would be but assumed wrong, oops - Will have to call them back on some of the laminate edging because they didn't cut the angle correct, I'm assuming they will come back to fix this with no problem The 2 things preventing 5 stars again are the laminate edging and the floor boards not coming up for the tile work, otherwise outstanding work. I did not get quotes from any other companies so I really can't say whether or not I got a great deal, overall it cost me about $5.50/sqft for ~1770 sqft of flooring. I felt very comfortable with the price and was about what I expected. Supposedly, I got a tremendous deal on this but was not given an kind of receipt explaining discounts or anything. The end result looks awesome, and most people will never even notice the minor stuff that I talked about above.
