Express Union Tile came as a recommendation and exceeded every expectation. My husband and I are remodeling our home and were trying to find a kitchen place that wasn't going to charge us 50,000+ in cabinets. A friend of his recommended Express Union Tile. I sent them and email and quickly received a response from the owner Mike. He told him his designer would contact me shortly. Jay, our designer, contacted me shortly after. He is a GODSEND! Not only are his design skills exceptional, but he has an eye for detail, listens to what the customer really wants and addresses every single one of your concerns. Even if he is not in office he always remains in contact with you via email. I don't know a time when he is not working because I am always emailing him and he always responds. Jay allowed me to take my cabinet home to see it in my house and help with design. He did not make me rush to pick what I wanted. Designing a home is very important and you not only need someone who knows what they are doing, but someone who is also patient. This business as well as the workers are not it in for the financial benefits. They really want to make their clients happy. I was in contact with over 10 kitchen places before them. I would never go to anyone else. My kitchen is not even done yet and my friend fell in love with my design and is not using them for her home as well. Use them for any of your needs- you will not be disappointed!
