We can not recommend Eyco enough. They are amazing to work with and stand behind every single project they have done for us. We started a full home renovation with another company - soon into the process and before we had even started demolition we realized trust was an issue and with full time jobs and two little kids we could not manage the stress. Eyco was recommended to us by friends and we could not have made a better switch. Trevor is up front, honest, and has a fantastic team working for him. Our project manager, Travis, has been with us from the beginning and is still working with us for smaller projects we are doing around our property. Eyco runs like a family business and their subcontractors work the same way with honesty, integrity and quality work. We were not able to be on site on a regular basis and relied on our project manager to make sure things were finished they way we wanted them. Renovations are stressful no matter what, but we knew our team had our family's best interest in mind. We have been living in our home for over a year, a few small issues have come up since- each time it was fixed within days of mentioning it. We had one large issue that came up at the fault of the fireplace manufacturing company - even in this case Eyco stood behind their work and made the repairs. We still have a lot of things we would like to do on our property over the next few years and we will definitely be continuing with Eyco.

I've worked with Eyco on two major renovations over the past 6 years. They are EXCELLENT. Trevor is very reasonable and efficient. Every subtrade is professional and does good work. When the projects were "over" they still came back for small issues quickly. Their work quality is very high. I will use them again and have recommended them to several friends who have had similarly good experiences with them.

Eyco has now built 2 houses for me. I’ve heard horror stories about companies under estimating costs to win the project and then the actual costs come in much higher. Eyco was honest and practical. In both projects we were under budget and ahead of schedule. Trevor is amazing, humble and has never said he couldn’t do something. He came over at 11 pm one night after we moved in to double check a possible issue to make sure we were reassured. Darryl is the best project manager ever - incredibly knowledgeable, humble, kind and the trades loved him which we were the beneficiaries of. This sounds convenient and biased, but I’m convinced that if we used someone else we’d have been in big trouble. Eyco has saved us time and money and we’ll absolutely use him again!

Now that our renovation is complete, I wanted to let you know how delighted Scott and I are with this third renovation that you did of our home! We love it! I have so appreciated working with the whole Eyco team. The high caliber of work, professionalism and great attitude of all of your people- employee or contract- is outstanding. In particular I want to do a shout out to Geoff for doing such an amazing job of keeping everything moving and solving problems with such a can do approach. Emotions can run high during these projects as you well know. Geoff handled everything with grace even when I didn’t . Your knowledge of construction and practical approach to design were extremely valuable as we navigated some challenging issues. He is a real gem! Jake is a perfectionist -thank god - when it comes to cabinets and it shows both in our kitchen and bathroom which are stunning. With gratitude Jacqueline and Scott

We hired Eyco Building Group to build our house in Vancouver. We are halfway through the project and all of our expectations have been exceeded. Trevor Eyford and our foreman, Matt, have been wonderfully communicative and organized. We were weary to take on new construction as we'd heard so many friends and family members experiences were negative and problematic. Ours has been smooth and on schedule. Eyco's trades are respectful and hardworking. They leave our site tidy and are respectful of our neighbours. We just completed a home renovation - hard wood floors, millwork, doors, baseboards, lighting, tiling and painting. I would highly recommend Ecyo. Their millwork is truly excellent. They came in on budget and on time. Gregg was the on site supervisor and kept me informed throughout the process, and was always responsive to my emails and calls 24/7. i never felt like i was a bother although at times I am sure i was. A couple of times when i had to make on the spot decisions, Gregg was always conscious of my budget and would tell me what he would do if it was his house. We were crazy enough to stay in the home, during the renovation. But the crew were always courteous and tided up after themselves. They worked around us and if we were in their way, they never said anything. That speaks to Gregg's leadership, his caring and considerate nature, to always put the client first. Eyco renovated the entire upstairs of our 90yr old house in Vancouver. Every aspect of the work, interaction with staff and timelines exceeded our expectations. I can't imagine dealing with a more professional, client friendly and high quality builder than EYCO.

We had a wonderful experience using Eyco. They did an excellent job, were extremely consultative, came in almost right on budget and on time. They renovated the entire inside of our craftsman, right down to the studs. Stairs were moved, the basement dug out and a dormer installed. Everything was inspected and nothing done unnecessarily. Everyone who worked on our site was friendly and helpful. The site was always tidy. The company was responsive to changes. The work was quality, from the framing to the millwork, we're very satisfied.
