I initially sought help from Fabric Factor to repair some old window treatments I had in my living room, but after my first visit to the showroom, I knew that I really wanted some new window treatments. Mark and Mark were so helpful, with a wide knowledge of the products available as well as what I might like. It helped immensely that they visited my home and saw the space and were therefore able to advise me even better. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. The installation itself was thorough, professional, and done faster than I imagined. I have nothing but praise for Fabric Factor and would definitely return there when I’m ready to get some new window treatments for a different room in my home.
