Fast Cabinet Doors

Dear Shopper, I ordered tcustom doors, followed all the info online for ordering, checked and measured twice, and received doors too short for the opening. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Amanda. I provided photos and simply asked if I could receive assistance ordering new doors (I wanted to ensure I got the correct size). She only offered only the online link to FAQ and the calculator (which I had already used). Basically, instead of trying to assist a repeat customer I got told "good luck ordering a second pair". Recommend you shop elsewhere!

Ordered top grade Maple cabinet doors. They arrived all of the right size, but stained very poorly. Different sections of the doors stained differently. Customer service blamed us despite years of experience. They offered no help and did nothing to correct the issue. Never Again!

Horrible company. I ordered some cabinet doors and checked them when they came. However it never occurred to me that I would need to check that they sent the correct number of hinges. Later when we used them (which was delayed due to covid) I found they did not send enough hinges. I contacted them and they refused to send two more hinges. Do NOT use this company.

We replaced both our drawer facings and cabinet doors. The drawer facings are composed of MDF in the hollow center, and do not allow one to attach a screw anywhere but on the very top or very bottom of the framing. If you have a deep drawer, then forget it-you will need to add a solid piece of wood laterally so that the screws will attach (the thin MDF won't allow a screw to hold). See picture attached. Descriptions on their website are inconsistent and sometimes non-existent, to say the least. For example, their description of the 1/2" Salice Overlay Soft Close Hinge vs. the 1/2" Salice Overlay Soft Close Hinge, Compact, is laughable-one has technical specs, and the other just boasts about it being the "neatest solution on the market". If you are okay with multiple calls to the company to clarify their website, then go for it. Shipping was mediocre, at best. Our order arrived in three separate batches, with the hinges box busted open. The pallet of cabinet doors had the strapping wound tightly around the doors with padding that had fallen off in shipment, creating strap lines on the outermost doors. We attempted to return the hinges and replace them with a different style within 90 days, and unfortunately got Josh the grumper in customer service, with no apologies about the shipping. To match the company's inconsistency, there are numerous areas with conflicting or missing details about Returns and Warranties. Their Returns and Warranties section of the website only includes limited info related to returns and warranties, according to a manager I spoke with. Cool. Why would you want to put everything under one heading? They absolutely would not admit to any problems with their wording, and would not apologize or admit to any mis-packing. Finally, Carlos, a company manager told me that their company policy is to not include any packing slips with their shipments. Again, so unimpressive. Why? What manufacturer who is producing custom products doesn't include a packing slip, or at least shipping guidance via email with what you are receiving (especially when you ship it in three different installments)? Sure, you might think that you will save money going with this company, but be ready for frustration and stone cold customer service once they have your money.

Ordered cabinet doors using their affiliate Fast Cabinet Doors. After specifying my color of choice with the rep, he added the color (African Mahogany, see photo) on their order page to select upon checkout. When the order arrived, the color was nothing like African Mahogany. Their response was go to Home Depot or Lowes to find a finish. Shockingly also said that all sales final, no returns and no refunds. Speechless is an understatement. See photos for yourself. Left side is what I received.

I am converting my 1 star review to a 5 star because of the response and actions of Sam MacNeill. We sometimes find ourselves in a battle to win between different views with the business contact and the customer. I was there with Josh (customer rep) yesterday, perhaps Josh was having a bad day or perhaps he just doesn't like people. either way, I make my judgments more on how a situation is handled and less on the situation. Sam was sincere and legitimately cared about making it right. Thank Sam & Carlos, look forward to seeing the doors!

Even though this cabinet company is all the way across the country from where I live in Georgia, it was well worth it. Fast Cabinet Doors handled my order of 4 doors and a faceplate to my satisfaction. I had called and talked with their customer service people on several occasions and they were so friendly and treated me with the utmost respect. Their doors arrived within the allotted time and looked beautiful. I had called several cabinet companies in my area and they were not interested in my business since it was a small order. Then I found one company would do it but for $750. Ridiculous! I got my 4 doors, faceplate and hinges for under $300. What a savings! Thanks Fast Cabinet Doors. You guys really helped me out. I highly recommend them for all of your cabinet door needs.
