Hired him to install a prefab shower and tub and he destroyed my bathroom. I paid him in good faith $925.00 cash and 1000.00 in a check. I stopped payment on the check but got screwed on the cash until I see him in court. I have pictures. Franz is a want to be. The bottom line is he is not skilled. Maybe he can tile but he can not frame or read install instructions. Tries to cut corners to make things fit instead of doing it right. Measure twice cut once. He is a joke. Install instruction say put studs 14 inches from corners and he doesn't use them. Support clips used in wrong places preventing walls from sitting flush. Spent two days destroying existing wall and then reversed it and put it up without using a level and that was unloved and had to be done over by me. I can go on forever because he really screwed me. He disappeared and I found out he was on his honeymoon. Contacted him and he never returned to refund me my money or anything.
